Hello Ladies! So apparently my DH to be was under the impression that the cost for guests to come to our wedding was about half of what it will actually be! We will be getting married at Moon Palace in Cancun, Feb 14 2012. Basically he freaked and was saying that no one on his side would come because they either couldn't afford it OR they were too cheap to pay that kind of money. This is what I was sent by our TA on cost for accommodations: Rates below apply to Moon Palace quoted "per person per night" and include all taxes/fees, valid for stays January 4 - April 14, 2012: Deluxe Resort View: $214.00 per person based on double / $392.00 per night single / $206.00 per person triple / $197.00 per person quad Superior Deluxe Garden View*: $238.00 per person based on double / $440.00 per night single / $229.00 per night triple / $218.00 per person quad Superior Deluxe Ocean View: $250.00 per person based on double / $464.00 per night single / $242.00 per night triple / $230.00 per person quad Superior Deluxe Ocean Front: $256.00 per person based on double / $476.00 per night single (maximum occupancy 2 Adults) Concierge Level: $272.00 per person based on double / $506.00 per night single (maximum occupancy 2 Adults) Children 4-17 years pay $52.00 per night. Child rate applies only when child shares room with 2 or more adults Now I do realize that this is pricey...BUT it is an All-Inclusive, and I figured we are giving people about a year to save. I agree. I think we will end up doing the legal part before we go. I'm not too fond of needles...and some of the stuff I have read about that part from other brides doesn't help that any! We actually called today to get the package switched to the Catholic ceremony. I figure we might as well since we ARE Catholic, and might get back into going to church regularly someday. But I thought it was funny that we got our contract emailed right away after we switched! I guess they were having a hard time finding a minister on our particular day and thats why it was taking so long. Although now that THAT is taken care of I am having some small issues with my FI. We were talking about the guest list, and he I guess is really uncomfortable that my side makes up about 2/3 of our list. I come from a BIG family with lots of Aunts and Uncles, where as he doesn't. Then I guess he realized for the first time how much the accommodations were going to be for everyone to stay at MP. Needless to say he freaked a bit...and is convinced that no one on his side will come because of it! I told him he didn't know that for sure as people will have a year to save (which I tried to calculate a monthly savings at about $140 per person)...so now I'm more stressed about THIS whole thing! Ughhhh....I guess I should have sat him down and REALLY made sure he was on the same page!

QueenDiva, You should only be hungry the first week or so. It does go away after a while. However if it lasts longer than that, you should try adjusting the dosage. Another important factor is drinking enough water! Did you do all the research for this diet before you did it? There are a lot of things out there that will help you stay motivated and provide support for any questions/concerns.

Our colors seemed to be a "no brainer" for us since our wedding will be on Valentines Day. My main colors are going to be Fuchsia and a light pink, then I am going to accent with green (think orchids). I figured LOTS of pink for such a day...plus its my favorite color! I purchased pink crinoline from another bride on here that I will wear under my dress, and will be on the look out for the perfect pink shoes too!

YES...150!! I wish it was more like 75...seems like a lot! Once you hit 150 you can start opening people's templates and attachments. I have been trying to be as active as I can be...I gotta get to those templates! Start posting asap!

UPDATE It was a good week. Losses have slowed down, but that is to be expected during week 2 and 3. I stalled for a few days due to my cheat last week, but thankfully didn't gain! I stayed on track ALL week with no cheats! Yay! That's half the battle! Not a whole lot to report otherwise. I haven't tried too many new recipes, but I haven't gotten COMPLETELY sick of everything yet! Ha Ha! I do have to say as I am headed into the 3rd week, I am REALLY starting to want to be done with this round. I am shooting for the 40 day round, but it seems SOOOO far away! Another 24 days to go... just have to stay focused! Week 2: down 8 lbs

Hello ladies! I am doing MIB for our STDs. I love the idea of putting some Coconut fragrance oil on the cork/ in the bottle, but I can't seem to FIND any! I tried Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics, Bed Bath and Beyond, The Body Shop, and Bath and Body Works. NOTHING! I picked up some Vanilla Lime stuff, but it's just not the same. I thought it would be more Limey...Anyone know where I can find some GOOD smelling coconut oil?? Thanks!!s
