Oh shoot!!!! I just read your post about them being banned! LAME! How terrible! Well....you could at least do a TTD with them! How many people can say they have done an underwater TTD! I hope you can find someone else you will be happy with on your wedding day!

Without a doubt Del Sol & La Luna are the TOP NOTCH photographers in the area. I was also having a really hard time making my decision...I loved Del Sol, but it was a little out of my price range. Then they told me about their sister company La Luna and I about DIED! All the photographers had the same amazing skills and vision as Del Sol but for a more affordable price. Since I also feel that photography is one of the most important parts of our big day and our memories, we decided to book Rachel with La Luna for our wedding day. Then since we wanted to do something different for our TTD, we are dong our TTD with Matt from Del Sol. I can't tell you how excited I am to have our pictures taken by the both of them...I can't wait for them to make me look like a model!!! LOL. Wow sounds like you have been busy! I'm sure planning a baby shower is about as crazy as planning a wedding! LOL I actually have not looked into airfare yet...another thing I have yet to do! I haven't even booked our own rooms yet or opened up the room block! YIKES I'm behind! I have a feeling they will probably be pretty terrible...for some reason I never thought that Vday would be peak season. Dumb I know! I am originally from MT, and the airfare for some of my relatives there is CRAZY! At one point I saw $700+ round trip per person! Which is why my parents are planning on driving over to Seattle and flying over with us. They will save quite a lot. Unfortunately I don't think everyone can do that. I guess we will see if our TA can get us a good deal on airfare! I hope so!!

Both of these companies are PHENOMENAL! I spent countless hours searching through photographers in the Riviera Maya area and absolutely NO ONE came even close to their work. There is no doubt that they have an eye for creative and breathtaking shots...including capturing emotional moments between the bride and groom and other guests. Hello Ladies!!!! I feel like its been AGES since I have been on here! My FI and I went on a little trip to Orlando, FL that we have had planned for nearly 9 months! Before that I had some hectic work and life craziness. I can't believe it is already mid April! HOLY COW time has already gone by fast! I haven't done anything wedding related in at least a month either....I'm starting to feel behind. How are all your plans going? What are you working on? Any DIY projects? Hope everything is going smoothly!

Like Skadow, after we picked our resort, I knew the FIRST thing I wanted to do was pick our photographer. I did A LOT of research and after HOURS and HOURS I came to the conclusion that you couldn't get any better than Del Sol and their sister company La Luna. We booked our wedding day photos with Rachel from La Luna and our TTD session with Matt from Del Sol on Feb 16th! We are so excited to have beautiful memories captured by these amazing photographers! Definitely check out the links Skadow provided. I have to say Melissa (who does all the behind the scenes work) is an absolute DREAM to work with! I got immediate responses to all my questions, and she NEVER made me fell like I was being a pain in the butt! I think they have been the easiest people to work with out of all the vendors!
