I find this hilarious because...my FI is doing the same thing! we bought all their clothes,shoes and got them sunglasses...I asked when he plans on asking them, and he just shrugs and says well they will be there no matter what so why does it matter...lol...they are clueless..lol, glad I'm not the only one dealing with this

I feel exactly the same as you! I would be fine if all I had to do was get in a dress for a day but the swimsuit part is whats getting me! Doctor told me 2lbs a week is still healthy, weightloss, goodluck!

I tried the insanity videos...I actually did the DVD three times...definitely intense, I HATED them more than anything...I knew I wasn't going to exercise when at work I was dreading going home to those tapes,ugh..gave them to my sister in law said good luck! Glad they are working for you as everyone is different, we all need to find our exercise/heakthy eating niche! good work!

Glamdiva...I Love Jillian Michaels Videos! I do the 30 day shred, the biggest loser last chance workout, the yoga meltdown, and I actually got the Bob Harper pure burn pure strength...I switch my videos up because I get bored easily...I'm such a fan of them though, I have lost 9 lbs since begining of Feburary! 4 more to go! I can't believe how they have changed what they allow/offer so many times! I have the email from Keisha herself telling me we can rent DJ equipment! Ugh...now she is telling people they don't allow..even the price for cocktail hour is different and before the rum punch was free, it just seems like this resort really doesnt have the whole wedding thing to together, kinda upsetting me

Danni, five showers wow, I was so nervous for my one, good luck! My shower was great my mother actually planned it wiht my BMs, the had all Love in paradise theme, orchids with sand as centerpieces brights colors and all the food was carribean it was amazing! I can't believe the effort they put into it! I am right with you as my planning ahs stalled almost like...ok I'm done with this..lol...I'm hoping to get super motivated this week!

They told me 15 pp for the beach reception which is basically just paying to keep the bar open, its only for two hours though....as far as florist and hairstylist, photogs, any vendor...you don't have to pay a day pass but they will charge a "vendor fee" its ridiculous, but many resorts do it, I'm actuallying booking the photographer I am using into the hotel for the night (it ends up being cheaper),

its Le Femme, we found at the same bridal shop I got my gown but this pic is actually off Nordstroms website....if you go to the Le Femme website the colors look much duller but in person the are vibran,t perfect against teh ocean!

mandyS....I agree with you I have been to sooo many showers, bridal, baby, house warming parties, been in seven weddings! I spent insane amount of money on other people, I didn't want a shower at all for that reason but....my mother insisted on it and my friends talked me into it, so now I'm ok with it and kinda excited...and just a tip..don't care if it is tacky or not...you can take back anything to bedbathbeyond and get cash

I already booked my hair and mani pedi, you have to pay 50% deposit when you book....are you ready for these prices! 1 Bride's Hairstyle U$ 123.- 1 Manicure U$ 33.- 1 Pedicure U$ 40.- I also booked hairstyles for my mom and four bms.... 5 Special Hairstyles U$ 101.- U$ 505.- these prices include the 17+% tax I'm not sure what setup fee you are talking about I never saw that anywhere, can you send me the link to the website? they also told me that tiki torches were included in the setup for beach reception, not bonfire...I really don't want to smell like smoke anyway since I'm wearing the dress the next day for a TTD! I will keep you posted with any other info I get!

Misti, I totally agree! So many of the posts you do find on ROR are outdated, as you will find the prices/options change quite frequently! But of course I'm hesistant to ask anyone for fear I get the dreaded "try searching the forum" response...lol
