    Hi Brides! Have any of you ever ordered from www.lighinthebox.com?!? I have fallen in love with a dress on the site but am sooo nervous! The prices are AMAZING! It sounds to good to be true, but the reviews on the site all are positive.     Girl...get on those! I highly suggest using Vistaprint.com! I ordered really cute, great quality magnets for 50% off. I think everyone gets that special on your first order. I attached them to the front of blank cards I got at a craft store. On the inside of the card I printed all the basic details (and of course our wedding website) for all the guests. I got RAVE reviews on both the STD and the Website. speaking of which...I need to jump on my website and make some updates. We now have 7 people booked GOODLUCK!

    I am getting married at the Now Jade in the Riviera Maya. Are you doing anything fun to comemorate the day? We were thinking about fireworks or sparklers on the beach at 11:11pm.

    I am in the same boat at you, Indy_Chic. I am not crazy about dancing and neither is my father. We have a really close relationship and I was trying to think of a way to honor him, instead of having to make him (and myself) look like two really uncomfortable people standing in the middle of a dancefloor swaying lol. We both LOVE Jimmy Buffett and his song "Little Miss Magic" so I am taking pictures of the two of us from my birth to current day and making a slide show with that song. He will be shocked and I can't wait to sit right beside him, holding his hand as he watches it for the first time.

    Yeah, I also had not decided on my exact color until I checked out the site. Looks like my wedding is going to be theme around Aqua/Turquise now lol. Glad I could share the site with you all.

    I saw that at the end of my order as well. I tried to go back and see if there was anything else i needed but couldn't find anything. I ended up just paying the $11 for shipping. All in all a good purchase

    I don't think I will ever purchase another item from Michaels Craft store without one of these coupons. This site is awesome! I live near a Michaels and will go on my way home from work and purchase a pack of cards with a 40% coupon from here until the wedding it i have too lol.     Yeah! Another 'Now Jade' thread to follow! I am getting married there on 11-11-11. Not sure if ive been assigned a WC yet but will totally take all the advice from previous brides. Here are a few questions for all the new brides to get this thread going 1. When is your wedding date? 2. Are you working with a travel agent? 3. Where have you decided to have your ceremony? cocktail hour? reception? 4. How many are in your party? 5. What colors are your wedding party? 6. How long are you planning to stay?

    ewww i can feel all of your frustration in these posts! I am sure i will be experiencing similar issues. I am working with a travel agent so hopefully i will be able to confirm with him who all has paid their deposits instead of calling each guest personally. We'll see!

    Yes! When I graduated college my family and I went on a cruise with Celebrity. It was AMAZING! They took great care of all of their guests. Kind of redundent to say you feel like a 'celebrity' but the boats are beautiful, the rooms wasn't to small (we weren't in the room that much anyway) and the food was delish. The only downside we had was the cost of alcohol was pretty steep. If you have the opportunity, bring it with you back on the boat after you stop at certain ports. Have fun!!!!

    I personally feel that the day is about you and your new husband to pick the day. Because our wedding is 11-11-11 and the following weeks are the holidays, we decided to wait a full 3 months to the day of our wedding and have the ATH on Feb 11th. What better way to celebrate LOVE than at a reception. Plus it gives me 3 months to prepare weddings pics for the slideshow
