Hi ladies, First off, this website is fabulous! There is so much good information here about the hotel. I'm actually going to be having my site visit at Dreams Rivierca Cancun next week (the week of November 1). I'm very excited!!! Has anyone here had a site visit at Dreams before? If so, what should I expect during the site visit? Has anyone been successful tasting any of the menu dinner options for weddings during a site visit? So far, I've been told they can't accommodate this during the site visit, but just thought I might ask some of the brides on this website to see if that's been anyone else's experience. I'm very excited for the trip, but am so nervous that I'm going to forgot to ask important questions while I'm there. Any suggestions about questions that I should definitely make sure to ask during the site visit? I greatly appreciate any input from former or 'soon to be' brides! Thanks so much, ladies! -Caroline

Does anyone know if Azul hotels allow brides to use outside vendors for flowers / decorations? And if so, do former brides have any referrals or recommendations of flower vendors to use?

Does anyone know if Now Jade charges a fee for bringing an outside vendor for flowers? Do any former brides have any recommendations or referrals of flower vendors that they've worked with for weddings at Now Jade? If so, I would love to check them out while I'm there. Thanks!

Hi Ladies, I'll be at Now Jade next week doing a site visit and I was wondering if anyone here was successful in trying to taste test any of the food options that the hotel offers from the wedding dinner menu? Also, this is going to be my first site visit --- does anyone know what I should expect, or have a list of suggested questions that I should ask about while I'm there. I figured since there are so many brides, you ladies must be experts with questions. I'm so nervous that I'm going to forgot to ask important questions. Lastly, if anyone would like any pictures of the hotel, just let me know and I'll do my best to get pictures when I return. -Caroline

Hi Ladies: My name is Caroline (from NYC) and I'm actually in the process of trying to decide which hotel I will choose for my wedding! I'm actually going to be at Riviera Maya the week of November 1 with my fiance and will be visiting both Azul hotels (Azul Sensatori & Azul Beach). They are at the top of my list!! Does anyone know how far these hotels are from each other?????? I'm trying to coordinate my site visits and am wondering if I can visit both hotels in the same day, but am trying to figure out the driving distance between both. Also, if anyone wants any pictures of specific things at these hotel, just let me know and I will do my best to try and get them for you while I'm there. -Caroline

I'm planning a May 2012 destination wedding in Riviera Maya....I was just starting to getting discouraged with local travel agents here, who told me they didn't have experience booking destination weddings. Yikes! I wasn't sure where else to turn and then I found this site just in time! There are so many wonderful reviews about the BDS travel agents, and in particular, about how great Wendy Hicks is! Hopefully she can work on my request!!!! Fingers crossed! -Caroline

Hey all, All the reviews of this place sound wonderful, so I'm thinking of Aventura Spa Palace for my own wedding. All the guests will be adults, but I have a younger brother who is under 18...he would be the only one under 18 that day. Does anyone know if they will make an exception with their adults only policy for 1 guest? -Caroline
