Hi all. My wedding is just 2 weeks away does anyone know if the hotel provides the little table placement cards or do we need to bring our own? Also, do they print programs too and is that free, or at a cost? Not sure if I need to make those myself and bring them. Thx!

Hey ladies! My wedding is less than 60 days away!! ahh Of the things that I have left to do are my ceremony programs and the table settings. Does anyone have any ideas or templates for ceremony programs? And for former brides, how do the ones that Now Jade provides look like? Also if anyone has any ideas for table settings or photos, please let me know. Thanks! I appreciate any ideas...I'm running out of creative ideas!

I contacted a few external vendors and decided to go with Marvin. I sent them a picture of what I had in mind and they each quoted me their prices. Since they were higher than I anticipated, they worked with me to adjust the types of flowers (using less expensive ones) to help meet my budget. Hi Ladies, I'm looking for entertainment during the reception and wondernig if anyone has any leads or contacts. I have Mariachi for the cocktail hour, but I'd like something different like dancers for the reception. I've heard of these drummers that play on glo light drums with water, but I can't find their contact info. anywhere in Riviera Maya. If anyone has any leads, please let me know! Much appreciated. I'd really like to use it as decorations for my wedding ceremony, but would prefer not to bring this with me on the flight. Does anyone know if they sell this locally in the area or if Now Jade has something like this and what they charge? If not either, does anyone know where I could get these online (hopefully it wouldn't take up much space). Figured I'd ask here to see if any of the former or current brides know before checking with Pilar. Here are two photos of what I'm describing. Thanks!

Hi Susannah - I've reached out to Pilar with the same question. I'll let you know, but I'm thinking it will prob be around the same prices that's on the spa pricing list. Make up: $45 / Hair Style Short $45 / Long $55. They may give a discount because it's a trial. I'll let you know what I hear.

Congrats, Lindsey! I'm getting married on Friday, April 26 but I will be there on Monday, April 22. I'll probably see you there! From what I've heard they do a good job at keep the beach pristine, but for myself I opted for the Gazebo for my ceremony. I'm not much of a beach girl. Happy planning! And lets def. keep in touch.

Kit Kat - Who did you contact to coordinate a trial before the wedding and how much did they charge you for the trial (looks like the make up and hair for the wedding day is already included in the divine package). Since yy wedding is Friday, I'd like to have a trial on Wednesday, if possible. Also, my bridesmaids would like to get their hair and make up done at the spa too (Trial & Wedding Day). Does anyone know if those prices are posted for this anywhere? Thanks, Ladies!

Hey Nicole - I don't since my wedding is not until April 2013, but I would definietly be interested in hearing past Now Jade Brides feedback because I will likely be using an outside vendor too for some arrangements. What's the best way to find external florist vendors? Did you ask Pilar or any of the wedding coordinators?

Hey Nicole - I've been to the salon and if I recall correctly, they have around 3 chairs on one side of the room. The space is large, so I think they could certainly accomodate your bridal party, but they will have to rotate them through the chairs. Alternatively, you can get ready in your rooms, but I think the salon is nicer because its spacious for hair and would look nicer for pics.

Hey all - So I'm in the process of trying to secure flights for Now Jade. Most of our guests are flying down from NY to Cancun and I've been estimated $485 RT (non-stop) for 4/23 - 4/28 and 4/24 - 4/28. For brides that have people flying out from the east coast, does this seem to be a reasonable price to CAN? Has anyone received any similair quotes? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
