  1. Hey Ladies, I was at Sam's Club this week and thought of this thread! Here are the torches they had for sale. PS. The picture is from my phone and in no way reflects Lori's AMAZING photography... hehe! Happy Planning! Sofia Lori's Office Assistant
  2. Hey Ladies, I'm not sure if this is the style you are looking for, but my ALL TIME favorite live singer down here is Mike Grabow! He plays a lot of Jack Johnson / Jason Mraz type stuff as well as his own originals. Hope you enjoy! Check out his website for more videos: MIKE GRABOW. Happy Planning! Sofia Lori's Office Assistant
  3. Happy to help! Skinny pants.... OH NOOOO!! Luckily, we hardly ever get to wear pants down here otherwise I would be hard pressed to find what I like!! Good luck with the suit hunt! We can't wait to see some pictures! Sofia Lori's Office Assistant Oh yeah, and here is one more stylin option!
  4. Hey Carebear! Yes, the end of the hurricane season is the most active for our area, so definitely at your risk. Our rain is mostly tropical showers which usually means heavy showers that last less than 15 minutes. If you want an over-all view of our weather here, check out our website: CLIMATE Riviera Maya. From my experience here, May and June are the hottest months! Happy Planning! Sofia Lori's Office Assistant
  5. Hey Mrs.Shoreytobe! Great question! There are so many options for menswear for a destination wedding! We see the sull gamut here: linen shirt/khakis, button down/slacks, w/ and w/out tie, and full suit! Just make sure he is comfortable with the heat in whatever he is wearing! Shopping in the spring and early summer is the best time to find linen and light colors (but remember linen does wrinkle easily). Zara always seems to have some nice options for warm weather. Below are some ideas from past wedding! Happy Planning! Sofia Lori's Office Assistant
  6. Hi Ladies! I love Cenote TTDs! They are unique to this area and are just magical. If you are planning on being underwater, there will be shots where you want your eyes open, then contacts would not work. Perhaps you could have your glasses and contact case with you and switch out if needed. Also, due to the sediments in the Cenotes, I would recommend using 1-Days for that shoot. As a local scuba diver (and very blind.. hehe), I always where 1-Days when diving to avoid accumulating bacteria on my contacts. As for dresses, definitely something that can billow out a little and NO materials that will become waterlogged and difficult to swim in! Happy Planning! Sofia Lori's Office Assistant
  7. Hey Ladies! Lori just finished up her latest wedding at the El Dorado Royale! It was beautiful and even had an interesting "special guest"! I wanted to share some of the pictures she was able to capture! For more of this amazing shoot, you can check out our Blog: El Dorado Royale – Marlene & Jeff Happy Planning!
