When did I start planning.... hmmmmmmmm we were engaged in July and decided on a destination in late August. We booked our resort the beginning of October (June wedding, the date we wanted didn't have the time for the ceremony available, so we had to push the wedding up a week). Pretty much after deciding on the resort, there isn't much left to do! LOL We told the resort which entertainment we wanted and what package, so I guess I just need to decide which flowers I want. Menu is picked out. Photographer was booked early November. I ordered my dress early December and finally found the BMs dress this past weekend ($60 at Macy's, great deal!). Currently finalizing the drafts for the invitations (Passport Invites) and ummmm I'm booking the salon/makeup appointments this week. All I'm really doing now is getting things together for the OOT bags. LOL Less than 5 months!! So excited!!!

My BMs and I are actually making them ourselves! We haven't finished them yet, but it's actually quite easy and they look great so far!! They start off at $30/pair online and I think we spent less than $15 for all 3! Great deal!

Well if you decide to book you will be getting married the day before me! Yea! Since the new packages aren't out yet, you can choose one of the current (Sapphire, Pearl, Ruby) if you don't like the new ones. If anything, you know you won't be spending more than that.

So finally have the bridesmaid dresses and they're light pink in color. I'm thinking of keeping the same aqua and green above, but with soft pink as the accent instead of orange. Yes? No?

99% sure I will be doing it. I told my MoH and she wants to do it with me. LOL We won't be doing it till April, but we're trying to find the photographer now.

I haven't order it yet, most likely will in the next couple of weeks.

merrylee- I would say our specialist, Camille H., earned our trust. We double checked every price she gave us and she was giving us the best deal. We also pushed her to get lower pricing with the resort and was able to do it. With a little pushing and with dealing with her, I completely trust her and believe she is working for us. If you don't like your specialist, perhaps request a new one.

I'm doing OOT bags and all of them will be the same color and image (ordering from vistaprint). My question... if my guests actually use them, is anyone trying to make the bags unique to help the guest know it's their bag??? LOL The only idea I have so far is to tie different color ribbons on the handles. LOL Any other suggestions would be great!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered mine yesterday!!! Went with a nickel finish though! So excited!! Starting to like the seashell idea as well!

I found this centerpiece and I'm 99% positive my colors are now Aqua & Green, with a punch of orange! What do you think?!!? I'm thinking of adding the orange to the flowers. Yes? No?

Another update from Natalie.... Also, our 2011-2012 packages are currently being revised to give our wedding couples more options. This will be available as of February, therefore you can upgrade your currently package to one of the new ones which will include centre piece designs

Update.... She emailed me the other day asking if I was mad at her 'cause she choose a date that I wouldn't be able to attend. Long story short, I told her I was upset I couldn't attend her wedding, but wasn't holding that against her. I told her I was mad about the other available date... it was either I misheard or she mispoke, but the other date was NOT my wedding! So we're good. Still stinks I can't go to the wedding, but at least I still have a friend!

Here's hoping for a quick recovery!!!!
