I am doing place cards with 2 long tables, I had 2 people I needed on separate tables and separate ends. So I didn't want everyone seated then the last 2 seats together would be them lol I only have 30 guests though so I don't think it will be much of a biggie them finding their seats.

I am staying on at the Suites, I have been away a lot this year so it will be really nice to see all the family. We are staying for 2 weeks but get there 3 days before most of our guest, plus a few are staying at the beach. My family is great if I don't want to see them I just won't and they will completely understand. I think the hotel is very full so hopefully we will get upgraded to the Grand! My aunty already has been for the last 3 days of her stay as her agent had booked her in when they were already fully booked. So fingers crossed! We will also do a couple of days in Amsterdam and Paris when we get back so that will be fun

Hi Steph I saw in Lisa's review that she used the Lobby bar for her cocktail hour too. I asked Nicole and she said this was fine to help yourself at the bar, but quoted $150 for use of the DJ set up. I think it is one of those things where it costs but she was doing a favour. In lisa's case I think she had a very big wedding with lots of extras so this was like throwing in a bonus. I didn't want to mention anything to Nicole about this as then she may feel that she has to go by the book all the time - meaning other brides may miss out on her goodwill. Which we don't want! My wedding is soon so I can let you know of other locations to have your cocktail hour for free. Basically anywhere there is a bar. I know another bride went to the music room. Not sure what the actual names of the bar is but it is in one of the reviews.
