I'm on my third week of 6 x a week gym and lost 3lbs, which i'm pleased about as my eating habits did not change. I think I am now ready to lower the kcal intake to lose my 2-3lbs a week and I should be fine. I just have to be super careful when we get to Jamaica as we arrive on the 11th, wedding is 16th, all that lovely food!
