    We are getting married at Dreams Tulum, and like you I really struggled - it came down to a hotel that would accept children and was within everyones price range xxx

    I actually think thats one of the exciting things about destination weddings - the planning, the surprise and then the reality. You have less control so less time to form a picture in your mind so hopefully less to be disappointed about. I for one, am very excited to be a destination bride and I just cant get over how quickly the time is going xx

    i -iHi Nina, sorry to hear you have had so many troubles if it helps put your mind at rest I also booked with blue bay travel last November and it took both hotels ages to put my reservation in the computer - the second hotel took about 2 and a half months! But I wouldn't worry they do have it on file but just don't put in on the computer. Just keep chasing them they eventually have it!

    Oh Joanne, that's great news. So pleased you found your dress and you are happy with it. What is it like? What designer? I too didn't have 'the one' feeling just knew I loved it and felt good in it! That's all that matters! Jbean is so right, both men and dresses are like that! Ivan luckie is a great choice his work is great, I too am doing a trash the dress and I can't wait xxx

    Hello ladies, I have a question for all you brides - we have booked our DJ now for our ceremony and reception but were planning on having the reception on the beach. Did anyone do this? Did dancing on the sand work? And can the DJ set up everything ok on the beach? Carrie x
