Google nook vs kindle reviews...and most Techies lean towards the Kindle...At first i did want a nook, for the color screen and the toughscreen. But kindles e-ink is less straining on the eyes, and touchscreen can go eitherway, sometimes it rocks and sometimes it is a pain in the ass. All i know is that i wanted it strictly for the purpose of reading,so the Kindle won for me. As far as books go, i havent had a problem finding anything i wanted to read. It really is a matter of opinion

The Book Thief is an amzing book!!! That and The Shadow of the Wind i can read over and over again!!

I got a Kindle a few months ago and i LOVE it!!!! I googled nook -vs= kindle and kindle won in all the comparisons!! Definitly do your research, the one thing nook has is the e-lend feature....but kindle will have it available by the end of the year as an software upgrape! Good Luck!
