Hey Ladies, Sorry I didn't have time to post before I left for my wedding on June 13, 2011 but I'm home now.... my review may take me weeks to post b/c I returned to a busy schedule but I just wanted to say short and sweet that Nicole and Tiffany are AMAZING. I'm still a newbie and I don't have a planning thread or many pics up online but I'm certain from what I've read so far that many of you are as detailed as I am with planning. You've probably sent dozens of e-mails and revised your last minute wedding details sheet a few times and you will probably be adding things all the way up until the last minute day before your wedding. I want to ease your worries and tell you that the last wedding details sheet and maybe a photo or two is all you really need. Nicole is very organized and will send a letter to your room to confirm your meeting with her upon your arrival. She has your wedding details and confirms your choices on the spot. She will even give you a tour to select your wedding ceremony location, cocktail reception, dinner etc. She is very patient and friendly. Her assistant Tiffany is sweet and will go over the wedding rehearsal with you and your bridal party. She will accommodate most wishes on the spot (i.e. things like who walks down the aisle first, groomsmen w/ bridesmaids etc. . The rehearsal is very informal just a basic walk through, no music no minister..but no worries you don't need it. Be sure to show them pics of any decor you want set or demonstrate and you will be fine. Tiffany stayed with us the entire night..my ceremony was at the lazy river, champagne and steel pan band on balcony terrace, dinner @ Gourmet and dancing @ music bar. Tiffany and Nicole escorted the guest to each location..it flowed smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. My wedding was amazing despite a few bumps that I would say take heed to....sorry I don't remember names. 1) Salon, not all stylist are created equal. My bridesmaids hair turned out awesome. Mine was a tragedy that left me in tears. The salon manager convinced me to go with another stylist (my bridesmaids) and my hair turned out almost perfect. I tweaked it a bit in my room until it was perfect. 2) Not all DJ's are created equal. The DJ @ the disco is awesome. The DJ I was given sucked!!!!! badly. My brother stepped in to co-DJ which helped. Lastly. Iberostar is Fabulous. No worries mon! Enjoy the time you have with family and friends...the wedding day flies by. Feel free to ask me any q's. Your attention to detail really paid off. Everything looks fabulous. Do you mind sharing how you made the luminaries and if it was a lot of work..I have less than 2 weeks to go and I'm already packed, but I like what you did.

Thanks for starting this thread. I have yet to come across any pictures on BDW either. I'm having my wedding @ the gazebo on June 13, 2011. If you e-mail Nicole she should be able to send you photos from her personal collection.

On the website look for the personalize tote bags. They should be identical to the large tote bags. The personalization was free of charge. You get up to 7 lines. I had our new last name put on as well as the island Montego Bay and the wedding date. Happy Shopping!

My bags came today!!!! I'm sooo glad I took the other one's back I purchased previously. These bags are super cute and perfectly personalized. I love them. Beautiful bright colors (green, orange, pink, yellow). I also had free shipping. I googled a coupon code and it worked! Highly recommend. Sorry no pics..still a newbie!

Hi, just wondering was the iron on project pricey? I know you mentioned budget but I'd love to know item by item how much it cost to construct the bags in total. I have beach bags from the Christmas Tree store and I'm considering returning them. One because I have more guess and I bought every bag they had, doubt they have more. Second because they look so empty with my small gifts and favors that I feel like I need a big staple item like a towel or t-shirt and my budget won't allow that.
