I'm going to do pre-rsvps. There's one friend that I'm unsure if I should invite to the wedding bc we've drifted apart, but yet we still talk ever so often. So I'm hoping that with the pre-rsvp her answer will be straight up. -
I had written down 4:30 for ours, but I am thinking perhaps pushing it back to 5 would work out best. This way there's isn't too much of a gap between the ceremony, pics and the reception. I'm so excited!

Thank you ladies for your replies. We are currently obtaining quotes from a few agents and one of them I'm sure we're going to go with. Cross your fingers it works out for us!

Does anyone know if we want to rent out the restaurant for our reception, if we have to book it now? I know there is a wedding the next day after our wedding, and I figure just in case they many want to rent it out the day before for an event, perhaps we should put a deposit down now. If I don't have to worry about this, someone let me know. However, if I do, let me know as well.

I learned the best time to rack up on little trinkets or gifts for th bridal party is to shop on Black Friday! I'm hoping to get some good stuff at half the normal price. -

How much does IRBS charge for outside vendors? Sorry if I missed an answer to this question already. And if anyone has used the DJ that they provide, how good is he? I want us and our guests to have such a great time on our wedding day, so music has to be on point!

Prettysparklie's right RT is much better. We did our site visit there earlier this month at both resorts, and we said if we were to get married in Negril, RT would definitely have been it. -

Hi Joanna: Yes I was looking at MDC before. After we went and saw the resort (which is nice), we decided we wanted to get married at resort that has beach access for our guests. At MDC guests would have to take a cab back and forth to the beach and we felt that was just pointless. Other than that we would've considered them.
