That's right Erinmichell55, maybe was great the change to adults only. Isla Mujeres Palace is an intimate resort where you can get relax. Isla Mujeres Island is the best!!! I love it!! I'm following Palace resorts on facebook & twitter however I haven't seen many comments about Isla Mujeres Palace however I love this resort. take care, -

Last May I attended a friends wedding at the Playacar Palace which is a small resort besides of the 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen. it was really nice and intimate we felt that the resort was our. Fortunately there are many options for you however that will be more difficult for you to decide. I would recommend you Playacar Palace, also it has a greatttttt beach!!! when we were in Playacar we had the opportunity to visit Beach Palace in Cancun Hotels zone I loved it because it has a wonderful sky bar at the top of the resort OMG, they have the best view!!  I agree with them. I wanted to know what happened with this issue!! Yesterday you posted you were going to take legal action and today you only said "The matter is resolved, The credit went back to our credit card and we sorted out the final bill confusion. Just wanted to update everyone". That is really weird for me!!!! I got confused!!! Was there any explanation from the Company??

 Have you tried to reach them trough your wedding coordinator at the hotel. Maybe she can assist you pushing them. Because if you had a wonderful wedding as you say, there you should't have this kind of issues, maybe there was a misunderstanding that needs to be fixed. I mean that the best idea to push them is contacting the person from the sales department that made your contract.
