I would really like some advice on Invitations...besides passport invites and boarding pass invites, what other ways can I use VistaPrint for invites? I want to share that I have been using an email from a fellow BDW member... its free stuff for everything all the time..use http://ebm.e.vistaprint.com/c/tag/hBMjgXCAZ5PEAB8Uoh3NrsXq-DY/[email protected] to use anything you want from vistaprint for free, over and over I really want to figure out good invites through anything using vistaprint!!

Hi! I haven't done much for posting since I signed up on BDW but have definitely been lurking for quite awhile and posting random questions! We are getting married in the Riviera Maya (Barcelo Maya Palace) on June 11, 2011 and a honeymoon in Punta Cana! We are soo excited! I have gotten so many great ideas from everyone on here, so I thought I'd post what I have so far! I have started my free orders from VistaPrint and have a lot more DIY projects for my OOT bags to go! This is my first time posting pictures so I'll see how it goes... The first picture is the random stuff I ordered from VistaPrint for my OOT bags. I have all different bags and hats for people. I find I am not a huge fan of the style of hat so I think I am going to stop ordering them. The second pic is our ceremony fans/favors... the other side says Riviera Maya, MX. I am hand painting them. The next thing is the welcome brochure going in the OOT bags. Our STDs were homemade before I even knew about Vistaprint, but they were nice. It's too bad I dont have a pic right now. Things I am working on are: trying to figure out what to do for invitations. I cannot figure out how to do passport/boarding pass invites. I have tried! Oh! I also ordered badge holders to make key card holders. I think those will be very useful. You may be able to see my business card luggage tags in the first photo. I have a lot to do and I spend a lot of time evey day getting ideas from all of you! Thank you! I will post more as I do more.

I wast thinking 2 shades of blue (turquoise and royal blue) and then have tropical accents (like in my flowers). I haven't seen many examples of this though so I'm quite skeptical. This is a hard choice!

I posted before that we are getting married in the Riviera Maya and doing the Honeymoon in Jamaica...however yesterday we changed our minds and are now doing our honeymoon in Punta Cana! We are very excited! We know that we will be so tired out and will just want to relax and not do a lot, so we found a resort perfect for that.

I like #1 and 2!! And we share a wedding date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! I'm glad you had such a great wedding. I am just wondering, where in playa del carmen did you get your maracas? How much were they? I'm trying to figure out if I want to get them there or online.

I have a question... speaking of things you would do again and wouldn't do again, how many of you did a legal ceremony and would/wouldn't do it again, and how many did a symbolic ceremony and would/wouldn't do it again?? Thanks

These are great ideas. I am wondering...are these centerpieces you are getting from your resorts or are you somehow bringing them with you??

I was right in the middle of ordering something from vistaprint and it stopped working, and now I can't get back on the site. Is this happening for anyone else?? It really makes me nervous, and I want to keep ordering stuff!

Thanks to this site, I have gone completely crazy today and ordered a bunch of really great stuff for my bags!! I have been stocking up on all the free stuff, but I have noticed that a few girls got their shipping paid for as well. Does anyone have a link or something I could use for free shipping? It would make an already great deal even better!

It is soo sad. It really makes me think of how unimportant things can be like how perfect my flowers are going to be and how smoothly my wedding day goes. I should be thankful if my wedding day includes my fiance and myself getting through the day and deciding we want to be husband and wife. That's all that really matters in the end. I can't imagine how the bride feels of the groom who passed away.

I'm just confused about how to get more than one of the same item free since people seem to be!

I signed up today but Im wondering about something... everyone is getting free things through this website, and I can see that happening, but it seems like you can only get 1 item free...so how are you getting enough of one item for al your bags for free?

I'm having 3 bridesmaids and 2 groomsmen and i was worried about it too until my sister told me...my wedding is on the beach... pretty informal situation... so who cares of it's off balanced? I think it will be perfect

I happen to be a VERY fearful flier but guess what? I'm doing my destination wedding in Mexico! If I can plan an entire wedding in Mexico then a honeymoon in Jamaica despite my fear of flying, they should be able to suck it up and get to your wedding! Doctors will prescribe drugs for that sort of thing!

I was wondering... if you are not doing a lingerie party, do people usually get brides lingerie as gifts? I'm just wondering if I should go out and spend a bunch of money on it, or will I likely get any?

We decided on Jamaica for our honeymoon and we are getting married in the Riviera Maya. We are thinking of the Couples Tower Isle resort... has anyone stayed there?

My fiance are getting married in the Riviera Maya (staying for a week) and then going to Jamaica for our honeymoon. Our reasoning is that we have been to Mexico many times and feel comfortable there, which is ideal for our wedding. However we also want to experience something completely different so we are heading to Jamaica for a week! Plus the resort will be adults only which will also be nice for our honeymoon.
