On a side note - I did hear from Wilma that the resort has hurricane vases that we are able to use for no additional costs. I that I was going to have to buy my own and bring them down and I am super excited that I don't have to now.

Yes I believe it is towards the end for both of them. It goes in place of where the unity candle is usually done.

Hey ladies- I recieved a response from Wilma this morning regarding a few questions I had for her. One was arranging transportation to Cancun for my bachelorette party, She said to contact Karina ([email protected]) she is in charge of transportation services for the resort. She also clarified that she will set up all decor that we bring for the reception. Yay!!!! One thing I was not happy with though was tuxedos. When I scheduled my wedding I was told that they rent tuxedos on-site and come to find out they dont. They can bring someone in who charges $485 a tux for rental!!!!! Which is absurd! So I will have to figutre out something else for the guys attire. I know Kevin wanted to wear a tux.

I just emailed Wilma and asked her a few questions and one of them was regarding limo transportation to Cancun. I will let you guys know what she says.

We are having a limo for the night. I think Cancun will be more appropriate for the atmosphere.

Or pack it with tissue paper but I think the best bet is to make sure that the vase or frame is full to avoid the sand shifting at all.

We are actually going into Cancun for the night. One of my bridesmaids is organizing it. We are going to senor frogs and cocos bongos and a few other bars. We are staying away from the clubs and doing the fun bars instead. I am excited and it should be a pretty fun night.

We are doing ours from 6 to 7. That is what Wilma suggested.

We are doing a thursday cocktail hour also. We figure it will be a good time for our guests to get to know each other, then it is bachelor/bachelorette parties after that!!

I definetly think that it is your decision but, I feel like the look on your fiance's face when he sees you walking down the aisle for the first time is priceless and irreplaceable. This is the one moment in your relationship when you can completely surprise him and it will be a look that you will remember for a lifetime.
