    Thanks, ladies, I'm getting so excited. I'm probably way premature, but I'm hoping to send my save-the-dates out by mid-October, and the formal invited by mid-January, with an RSVP date of May 1st. I'm hoping to give people plenty of time to save if they can. For past Dreams brides, if anyone used Michael Weiler/Caribbean Emotions-- did he also come with a videographer, or is he only a photographer? Thanks

    Yeah!! I just got my wedding date confirmed!! I'm officially a Dreams Punta Cana Bride on July 11, 2011!!! A little sad I got a Monday, but I'm soooo excited to start planning!!

    Wow these are so cute! ANd they really fit beach towels? I was hoping to include some beach towels, welcome letter, cards, and smaller goodies in there. Do you think it would work?

    How are you all personalizing the bags? Ironing on letters, using stickers... etc? I'm debating whether my family and friends want their OOT bags forever engraved with my wedding date or name?

    Hi Ladies If you bring your own photographer to the resort, do you only have to pay for their day pass, or does the resort also charge you a fee for using an outside vendor? Thanks!

    Sorry for your experience! I've been trying to do a lot of research as well to find out about extras, pics etc and have found this site EXTREMELY helpful. I believe on another forum (can't remember which, sorry) someone had listed additional prices for extras, although I believe it was for the 2010 price list: Larger cake: $10/pp beyond what's included in the Caprice Package Private Dinner Reception at resort restaurant: $600 DJ 4 hrs: $300 Centerpieces: $60/table Fire Dancers: $300 I know this seems like a random list, but if I find any more concrete info, I'll post it Good luck!!

    Hi All and CONGRATS and your engagements! I am also planning a wedding at Elegance for July 2011 (nothing confirmed as of yet) and had some questions regarding the package as listed by BrideMichele (bless you!!). If you're paying $1250 for the symbolic ceremony, does that not include the reception dinner at any of the locales? And then do you have to pay extra to have a party (where you can do speeches, cut cake, and dance)? I guess it just seems a little pricey compared to some of the other wedding packages I've researched at other resorts (or maybe I'm imagining things...) Any thoughts?

    I'm hoping to get married at Majestic Elegance for July 15, 2011 (maybe I'll see you there, Natlie7!!).. Do you guys know what the prices are for extras that aren't included in the basic wedding package? Is there a semi-private dinner included or do you have to pay per person for that? Â Thanks!

    Hi, I'm new to the forum, but am also planning a DW in Punta Cana and was considering the Majestic Elegance. Their wedding package listed on their website seems minimal compared to others I've seen, so does anyone know how large a party the wedding package can accomodate re: the semi-private dinner reception, cake, decorations, etc? Thanks for any information! Mek
