Question for any Post Iberostar Suites Brides: What was the best restaurant that you ate at when staying at the Suites? I'm getting married at the Grand but would like to have the rehearsal dinner at the suites since we have children in our bridal party. I want to try to book this in advance since majority of my guests will be staying at the Grand. The total amount of people for the reservation will be around 30 people.

Grand hands down!!! I did a site visit to Jamaica and once I arrived at the Grand I never left to go vist the other resorts on my list. The Grand is a 5 star, adults only, resort with an upscale European feel. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm getting married at the Grand 12-3-2011.

Everything is starting to come together!! For anyone getting married in Montego Bay, I'm making custom canvas tote bags with the below embroidered logo if you're interested.

Tables: 1. What are the table sizes if I'm having a reception at Port Maria? How many people fit to each table? You have the choices of a square table which seats 4 persons, presidential tables that seat 8person (this is four of the square tables joined together and round tables that seat 8-10persons. 2. If I'm having 70-75 people what would the table set up look like? Can you send me a picture of a similar head count arrangement? Please see attachment. We would also like to have a sweetheart table. When we had our site visit we were shown pictures of the reception set up on the beach. Please let us know if this option is still available and if it costs more how much would it be? please send me pictures of this set up as well. See attached. Buffet all the way! I just got back from a wedding in Mexico and no one was really eatting...not worth the extra $$

I took alot of pictures of the Presidential Suite when I was there on my site visit if you would like to see them... I tiped a butler in gonga to bring me up to see the room lol. I told my FI that we need to stay in their at least for our wedding night. I have 6 bridesmaids, flower girl (plus mom), and 2 mother's that will all be getting ready and getting their make done by Rashel. We need all that room for us ladies to get ready, great picture opps before wedding (not seeing groom until ceremony), and a romantic night with my new hubby! Right??
