i ordered a dozen black, a dozen green and a dozen blue to match my wedding colors.... i love them!

loveeee them! i have been looking for centerpieces that i could bring and not have to carry glass vases or something, these could be perfect!

i just got my pashminas from pioneer group today, i love them... i ordered 3 dozen, green/black/blue... i am so excited to have them for the reception, daniel was great to work with, i definitely recommend this company!

I am actually sending out a pre-travel mailing and including the luggage tags in that. I did 2 different ones, the snoopy mexico one is for older family and kids coming and then I did the mexican skull one for our friends/younger adults. This way it will be a fun unexpected thing for them to receive in the mail before traveling and also just a little something to help get them excited for a vacation. I created a double sided tri-fold brochure type thing in word and just included travel information like: climate in Mexico in Feb. airport stuff- baggage rules, carry on rules, currency, then i added a little highlight of the resort, then a quick overview of the wedding related events (basically said like we are planning to do this but you will get a more detailed itinerary of events upon checking in). I also requested that they email me their flight info so I know when to expect them at the resort and then just included some packing tips and ideas.

this came out awesome! also that is such a nice picture of the two of you on there! i'm sure your guests will love to get this!

i used a travel agent to get a room block for our wedding, it is helpful to have her because she keeps everything very organized. we did have a few people book on their own through the website or through other travel agents though. my travel agent was able to get us a great room upgrade at no charge so there are perks to having them. good luck!

these photos are beautiful! i think trash the dress photos are great, after all, you will never wear your dress again so why not do something fun and creative like ttd pictures. they come out so nice and are great photos to have after the wedding.

yikes! that is sooo annoying! you can always order the .99 cent canvas totes from cheaptotes.com and then use iron on transfer sheets to put your monogram or logo on them?? (that is what i did for my oot bags).... but they got to me pretty quickly.... or i'd suggest maybe checking out your local dollar stores to see what kinds of totes they have? good luck!

congratulations!!! that is very exciting! i got engaged last year on december 19th ant the holidays will always me me think of the day we got engaged and how excited i was that christmas! congratulations again and enjoy all your planning!

my planning is coming along good so far... starting to get stressed a little bit because i have so many last minute questions and feel like i have no answers, i have emailed my wedding coordinator a few times with no response... which seems to be normal procedure from reading other brides posts.... but i'm just trying getting all my things in order, oots bags, pretravel newsletter, luggage tags etc.... our wedding bands will be in soon so that is something to look forward to! have fun with all your planning, times flies so fast, i can't believe my wedding is so soon!

wow great gifts everyone! mistibuard, that is an amazing gift that you did for that family!!!! my fiance and i kind of squashed christmas this year since our wedding is coming up feb 19th so we will have lots of do in the next coming weeks... we went out a really nice dinner to celebrate and figured we'd catch up next year..... but we did get some nice gifts and gift cards from our families which is always fun... my favorite gift to give was uggs to my 3 year old neice emma, at 3yrs old she is quite the shoe fanatic and was so excited!

I did include them in mine, even though I had a travel agent with all the information a bunch of my guests booked through the hotel site directly or through other internet deals. Which is totally fine if they get a better deal, etc. but by having the rsvp cards it helps you get a definite number of guests attending. It was helpful to me in planning for out of town bags, how many things to buy etc.
