    Someone told me not to ship things, because more likely than not may not end up in your hands at the wedding day. I think table runners, etc. are easy to bring down with you.... My resort only charges $2, so I am just going to use their runners and cross my fingers the color is correct. Or maybe I will panick at the last minute and order some to ensure I get what I envision in my head.

    I am also doing dark purple and emerald green, and someone told me it was just mardi gras colors. Oh well, its what I liked and I think it is pretty, so who cares! My main color is the emerald green, but my flowers are purple orchids. I love it.

    We are having a friend do the ceremony, and he is a bit of a jokester, but hopefully for this occassion he will somewhat stick to whatever script i give him. Now to just read through all of these and put ours together.

    Quick question..... did Stacey do your videography as well? I think she used to do only videography, and I wonder if she still does it. I already booked my photographer, but was hoping to get some video as well. I had emailed her through her videographer website, and did not get any response, so that made me wonder whether she still did videography. Its been a few months since I emailed her, so not the normal "island time" response delay. Anyway, if you happen to know whether she still does videography, let me know. Thanks!

    we are doing ours at the cliffs.... our TTD pic will be us jumping off the cliffs at our resort ... not sure what other pics we will do ....

    Moon Dance Cliffs or Villas.... both come with their own wedding coordinator, and they both only do one wedding a weekend, so you would have privacy and VIP service!

    i second the recommendation for sungold photography. paula is very responsive and accommodating. she was a bit pricey for us, so we are going with one of the associates, but paula has still given me first class service.

    ugh! we only have 7 rooms left at the resort and probably 20 people who are "maybes" and i just dont know how or when I should press them-- i keep telling them that there arent very many rooms left, but no one seems to be in a rush.... so frustrating!
