We are having our wedding at The Grand Palladium/The Royal Suites Turquesa, but we got engaged at The Excellence and now we are going to switch resorts after the wedding & go back to The Excellence for our Honeymoon! Very excited!!! "Excellente!" -
We are already staying in the nicest room at our resort and all of our guest are booked in the same section so there's no room to upgrades to

Uh oh, we are switching to the Majestic Elegance! Yikes. I can just hear the FI now "I told you so" ...but, end the end, these are friends we see all the time, and I want our honeymoon to be just about us, so I still think it is worth the switch.. I am going to read some review of the Majestic. I thought it was supposed to be nice? My TA highly reccommended it.

We and all of our guests are staying in the Royal Section so there is no room to upgrade or get away from guests I have decided that we will switch

Yeah, I think it would be a lot to pack, unpack, and pack, but now that so many people are staying, I don't think it is going to feel like a true honeymoon with just the two of us bc we will see everyone at the pool :*( We are already booked in the nicest area of the resort, so there's no room to upgrade either for a change.....I'm truly torn.

Hey girls! Need help...My fiance and I are staying in Dominican Republic for 9 nights with the wedding being somewhere in the mid point. we are considering changing resorts (and can save just a little $ by doing so) to an equally nice resort after we are married since the trip is serving as our honeymoon as well. I want to switch for a change of scenery to feel more like a honeymoon and to escape from some of our guest who will be staying the entire time. My FI thinks it will be too much of a hassle. Thoughts please!!!

Girls! Need help quick...My fiance and I are staying in DR for 9 days with the wedding being somewhat in the mid point. We are considering switching from The GP to the Majestic Elegance after the wedding to have a change of scenery for more of a 'honeymoon" feel since some guest are staying at the GP the whole time. Is anyone else doing this? Is this a good thing or too much of a hassle? Thoughts please...

Got my Bridal Portrait proofs back today. It made me even more excited! Bridal Portraits were soooo much fun! It made me feel like a true Bride and I realized how much I LOVED being in my dress!!!
