I paid $350 for mine in October and worked with Eleane. [email protected] She was really easy to work with. Maybe the price varies on time of year for some reason? Below is the email she wrote me. She also said the marshmallows come with sticks, so we'd just have to bring the graham crackers and hard chocolate to make s'mores. The cost is $350 US Dollars and is for 2 hours, includes: • Set up at the beach with pool chairs around the bonfire • Open premium bar for 2 hours • Waiter service • Cookies • Chocolate fondue • Marshmallows

I'm doing loose flowers along the aisle with the straw mats and that is a couple bags worth ($25 each). On the chuppah I'm having 2 color flower arrangements on each of the 2 front posts and they are $100 each. The centerpiece is included in the package and that is used at the ceremony and then moved to the sweetheart table.

Kya, Kelley reached out to us with her questionnaire pretty much exactly 2.5 months from our wedding, so you have plenty of time. She is emailing more frequently now that we are getting closer. It's best if you start developing a list of questions you have for her now, types of flowers you like or sample bouquets/arrangements, etc, that will be really easy to get everything started. We have a bunch of special requests so she is working to accommodate us on them. If you need help or want me to send you the questionnaire she sent or the questions I had for her, PM me your email and we can chat!

I'm having all my guests stay at Dreams. Their group rate is $104/night for the cheapest room and $156/night for the Jr. Suites. They said it's 35% off their normal rate. You can get some even better deals through expedia/orbitz for the hotel too depending on the time you book and if you book a flight/hotel package.

I've ready earlier on this thread that they worked out with Kelley to have the guys come over on the employee boats that leave from a different marina to save on costs. I'm going to have the same issue as I need to have my fiance, his 8 groomsmen, and our fathers to come over before the general guests. I can't afford the almost $1K additional just to transport the boys over on a separate boat before the other guests! That seems very steep.

Me too - I would LOVE if you can send to me being I can't open the attachments - [email protected] Thank you so much!

Seriously? Crap. this is going against my entire plan. When my FI and I were initially talking to Kelley, this was never disclosed. My FI and I also want to work it out so that him and his groomsmen come over a few hours before the large group so we can take 1-on-1 photos and bridal party photos. HMMMMMM ... AHHHHHHH crap. Has anyone else requested/paid for a 2nd smaller boat to go over for the boys before the larger catamaran?

Hi Everyone! I've been following this thread for awhile now....admiring all of the amazing DIY projects everyone is doing. I figured I would do my own invites for our Mexico wedding in October. Wanted to share what my FI and I came up with ... Coronita message in a bottles. All said and done, 42 bottles later and about $3 for shipping each box via USPS, we still ended up around the same cost as if we were to purchase invitations from a real vendor. Such a fun project...now I need to start working on our welcome books and bags!! I have somehow turned into a DIY Queen, as I'm sure many of us have. Filling bottles with 1/2 inch of sand and shells Invites on cardstock Front of the luggage tag I made Back of Luggage Tag with each invited guests name RSVP instructions for our guests Final Bottle with guests name tag Final product with bottle, luggage tag, and RSVP in a 9x3x3 box. Padded with bubble wrap and spanish moss/raffia on the bottom.
