Are you getting married before April 25th this year ?!?!?!!!! Just thought I would let all of you know.. there is a sale on cheapcarribean.com for the Iberostar Hotels in Jamaica.. 6days /5nights at the Suites is going for $949 (including arifare) . The have deals for the Beach and Grand Also.... I cant benefit from it because my wedding is in June, but just thought I would pass it along... Happy New Year!!!

Maura- Thanks so much for your review and pictures... Ive been down lately about the wedding and things not going as planned, but your review and pictures put a smile back on my face. Hi- It really depends... It took Nicole from the Suites about 1 week for me and Tameica from the Beach about 3-4 weeks.. Needless to say I booked with the Suites. Although some people have had faster and slower times... Happy planning!!! Thanks Breeze but how in the world am i supposed to get absentee fathers photo id? He is listed on my BC but there is no way I will be able to get anything from him.. Any suggestions? I work with lawyers so getting things notarized isnt a problem. i will ask here and see what they say.

Sunstar.. I have said the same thing.. My fiancee and I have both been married before and we chose and "easy destination wedding" but its beginning to feel like the easy destination wedding has become more stressful than a wedding at home. Hi ladies- Just an FYI, I booked Marcia Roberts for my wedding ath The Rose Hall Suites... I am paying for her to saty overnight (instead of the vendor fee) so that she can do my TTD the next day on-site... Iberostar does not have a minimum night stay requirement so it works for me... Hope everything works out for you ladies...

Hi Caprice- I am not sending invites.. I am sending "thanks for booking/updates" out to guests who have already booked after the "refund" cut-off in February... I knew alot of people would not be able to come and our list wasnt that big anyway so we just did all in one announcement/invites instead of save the dates.

The rates with the travel agent were a bit cheaper. The main reason I decided to use the travel agent is the ease pf the payment plan for my guests... All they had to do was put down a deposit of $100 per room by October 15th to secure the discounted rates and they do not need to make any additional payments until after the holidays which was my major concern. Alot of my guesst have budget concerns and making a large lump sum payment is not in the cards for most of them. All of my guests have "ocean view" suites at booking and Im not sure of any room upgrades other than the standard upgrade that comes with the package. Hope this helps... Hey Wendy- I cant wait!! I am having her stay overnight to do my TTD Session but heres my question. If you don't mind how much did you pay for her over night stay? I emailed Nicole but I'm waiting to hear back. I'm trying to figure out do I book her though Nicole or my Travel Agent? In an ideal world I would choose my agent since her price are cheaper then the hotels nightly rates. Whats your thoughts?
