    After sending my deposit via money order (to the CT, USA address), I received a receipt today via email that the deposit was received. This also included the balance that will be due the day of the wedding. Hope that helps a little to clear up any concerns about the deposit! Â

    Whereabouts are you getting married? Maybe the difference in the deposits is based on the different locations for the shoots? I'm getting married in Ocho Rios (Jamaica). Â We are doing the TTD off site as well, but have to look into the hotel stay since she is coming from Kingston. Â

    This is exactly what we JUST did! We were asked to put down a 10% deposit and we sent it by money order so that we could track it and have a trail should anything happen along the way. The rest we were told would be paid at the actual wedding. Â Are any of you also doing a TTD with Marcia Roberts the next day? If so, what kind of arrangements did you make with her to set this up? Did you have to arrange for her to stay at your resort over night in order for her to be available for the next day's shoot? Â

    We just booked with Marcia Roberts. Even though we have heard nothing but good reviews (even our TA used Marcia Roberts' services for her own wedding), we put down our own deposit via a money order. That way it is insured and we have a trail to track should there ever (worst case scenario) be a problem...wanted to cover all bases just in case. The rest is paid at the wedding. Â

    Unfortunately I am in the same boat, but as "Skadow" said above, try not to let it get to you. The ones who matter the most are the ones that will be there for you through it all! The others aren't worth the stress/sadness/worry/etc....trust me! Â

    Great choice and congrats on the decision! You look stunning and so happy in this dress! I love the flow at the bottom of the dress...perfect for a beach wedding! Â
