Laura that's fabulous news about your dress! It will be so exciting to see pictures. Have you considered adding a panel to your grandma's dress? I would be so amazing if you could wear it! Erin it's a tough decision, but I'm glad your fiance is supportive. A wedding is a reason to celebrate and you definitely deserve everything you have always dreamed of! Brandy that's a crazy situation, I'm glad they've shipped and hope they turn out well.

Welcome to all the new ladies that have joined us recently. Please don't get overwhelmed by all the plans some of us are making. We're supposed to have our AHR this summer, but I haven't even started looking! All I've done is the guest list, over 100 people! The AHR is going to be more money and work than DW! Kathy, where did you get the mugs? I'm considering adding them, but not fond of spending more than $3 per person. Lisa, why don't you ask the airline to change your reservation? They might only charge $50 per person to change it.

Erin, definitely not as much work as you did today. And one little thing checked off the list. Now if only I can manage to make myself finish the thank you cards from my shower. Btw, I also managed to pick up a bandeau swimsuit from Old Navy today and a bunch of other stuff. I wish I had gone earlier to take advantage of 30% off regular prices and 50% off clearance. Now to check online for more selection.

There is a huge chess board, a pier, apparently the taco place in the Grand section is hard to find and maybe the mini golf course for a few ideas.

Wow Erin! Now that I see everything together, I wonder how much luggage we will all need to bring everything. Your bouquets look great. Nice selection of flowers. The only thing I got accomplished today was tank tops for me & the girls. I found clearance tank tops at Old Navy for $2.99 and then an additional 50% off! And they had fuchsia in all our sizes. I have had the iron-ons for a while, but the one that said Bride was in pink and I had an extra Bridesmaid one. So it took a while, but I rearranged the stones on the extra one to read Bride to be. Here's the end result. Hopefully none of the stones fall off!

Sounds like everyone had a successful shopping day! I'm hoping to pick up some supplies for our programs tomorrow. And maybe start shopping for vacay clothes!

Brandy - I didn't even know yours had arrived. I'm starting to think of becoming a 3-dress bride and ordering another one for TTD.... decisions, decisions. And it won't even make a dent in my surprise bonus money!

Teira that is super hot! I love the skirt. I just laid everything out and took the advice of the photographers. I was so sad that I didn't have time to find something bridal, and of course don't already own anything white. Are you doing your own hair and makeup? I have my new: jewelery and blue:garters but what do you ladies have planned for the old & borrowed? I also wish I could figure out how to include our dog. Maybe I'll borrow her id tag and put it in my shoe?

Brandy - The flip flops turned out so cute! I am loving the starfish.

Teira - It's funny what we picture in our minds. I love what you are doing for your bags. Ours are bright orange, so I just did a simple logo. Thanks ladies, I wish I had more time to prepare for the shoot, but I'm glad that most of the pictures turned out. I'm going to start working on the book tonight. Any ideas for what to inscribe or romantic captions? My only idea so far is with the picture of the champagne glass, "Soon we will be toasting as husband and wife."

I'm wearing actual wedding dress, but it is a custom made dress from China, so only $200 instead of $1200. You can also check department stores for white dresses. Why not even check out davids bridal $99 dresses?

Laura - I actually really like it in black. Good luck on the drive tonight. Where exactly are you headed? Tenny - I think I'm going to just look around and see what kind of vases I can find that aren't specifically for sand ceremony. I might even check the dollar stores?

Tenny - I bought freeze dried petals in December for the aisle and for tossing, I love the pictures I've seen. We are doing the sand ceremony, I bought shadow box frames to use, but I am thinking of just using vases to make it easier to transport. What are you planning?

I think the minimum is 3 swimsuits so that you always have at least one dry one! Of those three, one should be for activities, and one for minimal tan lines. Laura, I think I will end up checking Walmart for the same thing. I also saw that Zellers had some that looked cute. Plus there's always Winners. I'm still hoping to make it to Buffalo for one last shopping trip before we leave.

Thanks Brandy, sometimes I just feel like I should dress more "grown up." But that also doesn't suit my personality. Laura, I feel the same way. I'll let you know if I find any affordable Cdn options.

Brandy, a little bit of each. Depending on whether I want to dress my age or not. haha. Guess it helps to look younger sometimes.

I just really don't want to spend $100 for each swim suit since they are so expensive in Canada. I tried on about a dozen at Target last week, but no luck.

Uggh... I totally need to start shopping for vacation clothes! Thanks for all the links. I was going to order a couple swim suits from Forever 21, but of course they haven't put them on Canadian website yet.

I just got a soft cover one from shutterfly. The funny thing is, they thought there was a mistake in it, so they sent me a second one for free and a voucher for a free bigger one! I think it was less than $5. I need to start looking for a really nice one for the BD pictures. Oh, and here's another picture from my shoot. I think I might use it as the first page.

For our guest book, I just had a photo book made with our engagement pictures and on the front it says "Thoughts and Wishes, for the new Mr. & Mrs." I wanted something small since we already have so much to bring. It's only 8 x 8.

Erin, I have the same dress issue with FMIL. FI has never seen her wear a dress, she had to go out and buy dress pants for my shower. She is overly selfconscious about her size. She doesn't want any "bumps and lumps" showing but doesn't understand that everyone has them, no matter what size. That's why they make slimming undergarments. So now we have to search for something. She also lives in a small town where the nice place to shop is Sears! Cross your fingers ladies, that I'm not running around the day before we leave trying to find her a dress. That's what we have to do for every other event!

Laura & Brandy - Those dresses are all great. Even if they don't wear them at the wedding, I'm sure there will be dinners throughout that they could wear them to. Tris - It's great to know you have good genetics. I also think it's important for MoB to look great. That dress is gorgeous and super sexy.
