Leanne - Welcome and Congrats!!!! I am also getting married in October it seems so far away ................ 8 months to go . Really love your dress it is soooo pretty, I haven't chosen mine yet, hopefully in February half term I will have it all sorted. Nicy - 12 weeks not long to go xx

You girls are really getting organised. xx I think that there is something in the water at the mo, cos my future sister in law is now creating problems over coming with us..... We booked to go away cos we thought it would be easier and we gave everyone 14 months notice so they had plenty of time to save and work out they're costings and family who haven't got much money are coming with us (which makes us feel guilty) but the ones who have inherited a shit load say they can't afford it but they can afford to go on 2 holidays a year..... maybe i am selfish but we would love to have our closest family with us and kinda feel that they don't give a toss about us..... we feel that we are having a kick in the teeth from them as we helped her out a lot when she needed it...... God i feel better for that rant sorry girls, typed so fast then that there is steam coming from the keyboard LOL x

Hi Everyone Just sorting out the deposit for the photographer and it is going through Paypal, I am paying with pounds and then they convert it into mexican pesos. Is this what is happening with your deposits for photographers. I just want to double check on everything.... My photographer sounds really nice but everything is done via e-mail and the deposit is 30%..... Is this the norm????? Thanks everyone.... :-)

We have decided to have a photographer and videographer for the wedding we are going with Claudia Rodriguez they seem reasonably priced and her photos look fab, our hotel is charging us for them to come to the resort Is this standard??? I think it is 70 us dollars per person. Are any of your resorts charging you for photographers????

OMG she sounds right a cow and a bit mental who would invite an ex to your engagement party ..... I admire your control. You've done more to amend things than I would, if she was my mil I wouldn't have invited her to my hen or to come wedding dress shopping, I know you have to make an effort for FI's sake but this is a two way thing she should also make an effort and if she won't then tough cos you have your family to think of and you don't want the children to see all this.. And def don't let her upset your day or your enjoyment of planning of your day..... So Chill and Enjoy xxx

Booked my first appointment with a bridal shop for Sat 22nd January :-) can't go tomoz cos it's my work Christmas party (Got cancelled in December cos of the snow)..... Was thinking of buying the kerry katona DVD cos I thought she looked good after all the weight loss not gonna bother now.... Still aching after the gym... Am sooooo unfit.

Know you will have a fabulous time. xx After the explosion at our hotel we have decided to stay with the same hotel we thought everything through and realised that this hotel should be now the safest place to be.... plus it was offering us everything we wanted and I really had my heart set on it... Feel so relieved that we have sorted it out.... :-) I've got 10 months to go until the big day So excited, have decided to join the gym so I can get into shape, first time was last night and god am I aching today LOL. Thinking of going looking for wedding dresses end of this month CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!! How soon did everyone on here go looking for a dress???? Am I too early???? Did you all find your dress straight away or did it take you ages??? My daughter is only 7 so I thought I would wait until May to look for a dress for her, she CANNOT wait either.....
