We just got from our honeymoon in Tower Isle and had a splendid time. It was a 5 star hotel...beautiful property, contemporary decor, delicious 5 course meals at the restaurants, very green (recycling, composting, water treatment plant on site), great preservation of local plants and trees, lots of excursions included in price and ahhhh, wonderful complimentary massages!!!! Once you go, you will always want to go back. I know this is the case for us! -Lisa

We got married about 2 weeks ago at Breezes Trelawny and the wedding coordinator there was amazing. She was very responsive to all our questions. The resort is a bit older but the grounds are beautiful and perfect for pictures. The food was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cost of the reception hall rental was $200 and seats over 200 people. The menu prices were also reasonable (under $50/per person). This is only if you have a large group. For a small gathering, you can eat at one of the restaurants: Italian or Japanese and I believe the cost is included in your package. The hotel also has a vendor that decorates but I felt they were overpriced so I brought in my own decorator: Godfrey Guy (876-341-0706) and he is based in Ocho Rios. If you are looking for a traditional Jamaican wedding cake, I highly recommend Sheila Movery in Ocho Rios. She did a phenomenal job with our cake. It was moist, flavorful, and decorated close to what I wanted Her price was reasonable (3 tier cake which fed about 130 people was-$500 USD). She used royal icing...the only type of icing that should be used with a traditional cake. Unfortunately, to cut corners, other vendors I called used butter cream--which totally melts in the heat and they have the nerve to charge extra (about double) to use royal icing!
