    I love the idea of all ALL white affair. I am considering it myself but I dont know if my FI will go for it. besides, white does not flatter everyone lol

    My FI is 15 years older than me. I will be 35 soon and trust he does not look a day older than 40. Yes, people are surprised when I say how old he is but I dont care, he makes me happy and that is all that matters.

    Maybe you are going a bit overboard. Hopefully she did not do it on purpose. Maybe you can have the dressed embelished with another color (maybe use a flower broche or something) not sure what the dress looks like. The point is that she should look different. I agree with you on that. In any event, she should be doing WHATEVER will make YOU happy on that day. It is YOUR day and everyone should only be concerned about you having the most amazing day ever. I hope it works out.

    The web is your friend. There are many smaller hotels that are great. I traveled there recently and loved it. People were fantastic...I am sure you will do just fine....just go with the flow...Pura Vida.

    Trust me you are not alone. My FI and have been together for 9 years; it will be 10 years one week after our wedding next year. Since we were both previously married, i think we liked it this way....anyway, we are now ready and Nov 2011 is when we will say the "I dos"
