  1. Congratulations and welcome to the forums! Most photographers will only shoot 1 wedding a day so finding another bride with the same wedding date does not really work. You may be able to split the cost with bringing in a photographer at the Moon Palace because the resort will require your photographer to be booked in as a guest. This is a rule of the Moon Palace that they do not allow in "vendors" like a photographer... but if your "photographer" is also a guest of the hotel that they will not stop them from covering and capturing your wedding. Best of luck! Moon Palace is a great location for a wedding... I shoot many weddings there and love it! 4. Congratulations LinGus and welcome to the forums! I have shot the Azul Sensatori many times and found the beach to be fine. Here is an image of what I have always seen at the Azul. There is some sea weed but they are always cleaning it up so its not that big a problem from what I've seen. The pier is very picturesque for a wedding! Let me know if you have any questions! Best of luck with all your planning. Linkn Azul Sensatori wedding location
  5. Congratulations Mia and welcome to the forums! I capture weddings at the Barcelo all the time. Both locations can be fantastic for a wedding. I always love the Gazebo at the Palace... because it looks so beautiful when decorated!!! The beach at Azul is nice too and offers a cool breeze for you and your guests. On the flip side... on a windy day... it can be over whelming! 21. Congratulations Robyn & Kelly and welcome to the forums! So many great ideas and helpful brides on here Im sure you will find your answers! I have had a few requests to capture weddings at Dreams Riviera Cancun but because of their outside vendor policy... those weddings changed locations. :-( Let me know if there is anything specific you need... best of luck! Linkn
  22. Congratulations on your decision to get married down here in the Mayan Riviera! To be honest with you... I would let your wedding coordinator take care of this for you. They do this for a living down here and would have the best options for you. If you are truly worried about your dress leaving the resort... request that they come to your resort to steam it. If your dealing with a reputable resort... your wedding coordinator will not allow anything happen to your dress! Best of luck with everything. Linkn
  23. Hi Brooke! Congratulations on your decision to get married down here in the Mayan Riviera. Both the resorts you've choosen are fantastic locations for a wedding. So picturesque and beautiful. I have not personally heard any bad experiences with either of the resorts. If I had to choose a location for myself... I prefer the Azul Sensatori just because it feels very romantic to me. But... that may because I love the saxaphone guy playing around the pool at night! :-) Here are some pictures for you from these resorts. Please let me know if you have any questions. Take care Linkn Azul Sensatori... Azul Sensatori... Azul Sensatori... RIU... RIU... RIU...
  24. Congratulations! The Grand Sunset Princess is such a beautiful resort... you will love your wedding there! So picturesque for a wedding. It small enough to walk around and something for all your guests. Please let me know if you have any questions. Here is a link to the last wedding I shot there: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.501029624486.275568.18683524486&type=1 Take care Linkn
  25. Congratulations with your wedding... you will love it, the water in Cancun is so blue! Makes for the perfect back drop. I would highly recommend having your wedding later when the sun is setting than earlier. You have to remember that by 11am... the sun is already HOTTTT! At least in the evening the heat will be coming down and usually getting an afternoon breeze. Don't worry about your day going by too quickly! Once your day comes... sit back and appreciate every moment of it. Let go of all the details and let those around you take care of you! Part of the reason for having a destination wedding is that you can relax here. If you want to micro-manage everything... do that... but the day of your wedding let it all go! Have fun and try and take it all in the way it comes at you! Best of luck! Linkn
