Moments That Matter

Congrats Kelly! + welcome to this forum as an industry "insider", we always advise our brides to hire a professional photographer to capture their once-in-a-lifetime "moments that matter" at their wedding. Resort house "photographers" tend to come and go, and certainly don't have the knowledge or expertise that a professional has. They're often not as "invested" in the outcome of their work either, and have even been know to lose an entire wedding shoot. A mistake that's irretrievable and lost forever. I'm not saying you need to hire us, but do strongly advise you to hire one of the professionals in our industry - ie. an professional photographer from outside the resort. You'll be very thankful you spent the money to do it! Congrats mariegerecke + welcome to the forum community! yes, your instincts are accurate......we strongly recommend you look for an outside photographer to capture those irretrievable wedding "moments that matter"! The house photographers at most resorts come and go, and don't have the training that professionals have. Some have even been known to lose entire wedding shoots! and there's no way to make that up. It's not good to take a chance on something that important! We're already booked for your wedding date, but can recommend another excellent photographer if you wish.
