Where did you guys get these? I love them! I was going to do passport invitations but I think I want to keep it simple (and save time), since we have all the info on our website already.

Thanks Lisa! To Florida, can't wait! I will go back to marketing, not that I really ever left haha! Totally new industry though so it will be exciting! I talked to HR yesterday and they said there would be no problem to get the week off for our wedding, yay!! Now I just have to get back to the planning, I feel like I haven't done a thing.

Congrats Murmel!! My year is off to a great start too with a job offer and move to another state. I'm just crossing my fingers that they will give me the week off for our wedding....yikes!

No ties or suits for our wedding. FI will wear linen pants and probably a pull-over shirt (or button up) and as of now we won't have a bridal party so lot less to worry about

We are getting legally married in the US and having a symbolic ceremony in Mexico. We haven't told our guests that though.

Michelle, your wedding was beautiful and you were a gorgeous bride!! Did you bring your own flower for the hair or did you get that at the resort spa? If you did your hair & makeup at the spa that is. I love your flowers as well, were they from the resort? Thanks!!

Meg, could you change the times for your ceremony, cocktail hour etc? They gave me that option for the first date we had chosen. I don't have the sales manager's email so I can't help you with that. Robin, if you ask Pilar/Ana about getting the smaller sparklers, maybe you can tell her that there are more brides interested in purchasing these and they could get a couple of boxes to keep for sale at the resort. Less hassle for them and more money to be made (and as we all have noticed they like to make money lol). I am using an ipod for the ceremony and probably for the reception as well. My brother is a music producer and works in a big studio so he will make us a playlist.

Erin, that sounds really weird. My first date was May 5th (I changed it to the 4th later) and there were already another wedding that day. So if she is not there than Pilar has to be there. However, we are not doing the rehearsal either just a welcome dinner, and we will be there to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with you

We will probably have a welcome dinner in the buffet restaurant. No rehearsal dinner for us, not sure we will have a wedding party at all and it is not Swedish custom to do a rehearsal.

Nicola, I love your rings! That is what traditional wedding bands look like in Sweden. I didn't want diamonds at all but ended up changing my mind when I found a very pretty vintage-style ring. I don't think it is weird to have different colors, we will have totally different looking rings as my FI want a simple, "square" ring. We have about 20 people who have RSVPd but none that have booked so far. We were going to skip invites and just do STDs and the website but now I am considering sending out invites after the holidays to remind people that we are actually getting married (I don't have the bride gene so I hardly talk about it).

There is no charge to have more than one entree, but you have to choose between the options on the menu and give them a head count for each entree ahead of time. I have gotten that confirmed by Ana and I believe some other brides have as well. I have only given my guests the option of "fish" and "meat" on the RSVP.

Your dress is absolutely beautiful!! And you look incredible in it!!
