ZAZZLE.com So much good stuff there and always having some sale. Want some? I have tons LOL. I made a very big mistake of ordering the number I thought I needed without completing our guestlists first. Ended up ordering, stamping and stuffing 200 invites when I only needed about 95. So stupid and such a waste of money. Oh well can't do anything about it now but hopefully I find some use for them later.

We got married in Nov and our AHR is in Feb. It is a full-on formal reception on a yacht, wedding attire being worn - especially THE DRESS!!, dances being done, cake being cut, photographer, DJ, candy buffet as the favors and after we make our grand entrance we will be showing the wedding video. I think its a great opportunity to celebrate with those not invited (co-workers) and those special people that couldn't make it to the wedding (close friends, family). Unless you have all your closest friends and family show up to your DW then a AHR is almost necessary. Most of those people want to share those special moments with you, congratulate you, see you in your dress, take pictures with you, etc. Make your AHR the way you and your FI/DH want it and just ENJOY!!!!

Here are the invites we sent out with an RSVP date of 1/11/12. That gives me a couple weeks to finalize everything. We are having a formal reception aboard a yacht. Even though we don't feel we need this reception anymore its still going to be so much fun to celebrate with everyone. The insert card had a map and directions on the back and the RSVP card is a postcard.

Sorry to hear about the ER incident. Hope he is feeling better. Beautiful Christmas card!!! I would love to do that but I really want to use a professional pic and I won't have those in time. Still thinking about it. So I did something pretty dumb and wanted to share with you ladies for a laugh. D and I were trying to be efficient when it came to the AHR and invites. We didn't have our accurate guests lists yet so we figured 150 guests allowed on the yacht - lets order 200 invites to be safe. When we got them all we went and bought 200 stamps and 200 postcards stamps for the RSVP cards. Then we stuck them on every envelope and every postcard. We felt so good that we got that done and out of the way. Then we actually took at look at our guest list and finished up getting addresses. When everything was done and the labels were ready to be printed I did a count of how many we needed....95. Yup just 95 invites are needed and I have 200 invites, 200 stamped envelopes and 200 stamped postcards. We did that a$$ backwards wouldn't you say?? LMAO!! What a waste of money....so stupid!! Oh well. We went to see the yacht last night that we are having our reception on. Its so pretty and is decorated for Xmas right now. I got some great ideas for centerpieces. It made me a little bit more excited about having to do this all over again. We are having an all out formal wedding reception and we will be watching the ceremony video so its pretty much the whole thing repeated. Good Times!!

Nice job on finishing Asylum!! I don't know why but after doing Insanity I have no desire to do P90X. I did the first month a few years ago and I just don't like it now that I've done Insanity. Guess I am not a big weight fan anymore. Right now David and I are just trying to do a workout every other day for the month of Dec and then we will hit it hard again starting in Jan for those 6 weeks leading up to the reception. I wanted to take it easy and enjoy the foods we were craving and not workout as much this month because I feel if we kept it up we'd burn out long before Feb. So we hit the gym 1-2 times a week, we do 1-2 Insanity DVDs a week and now I am throwing in some P90X DVDs that I haven't done in a while. We did Core Synergistics last night which was fun and different from what we are used to. We are just trying to keep it fun and active right now and then we will get crazy and insane again starting in Jan. =) Good Luck with P90X2!!

We are having ours 2/11/12 and we got married 11/18/11 - so its close to 3 months. We wanted it after the holidays and Feb was far enough after the holidays and close enough to the wedding. we will all be wearing our wedding attire so I wanted to make sure it wasn't too far after.
