  1. Glad you like them. They worked great for me. I thought there were different lengths?? Maybe I am mistaken. But I bet they can figure something out. Maybe fold it or pin it if necessary.
  2. I just purchased T + (heart) + D to use in our candy buffet. These will look so cute in our house afterwards too. Adorable!!!
  3. I purchased the iron ons online from a seller on eBay. I ironed them on to tank tops from Target. Very comfortably stretchy tanks....loved them.
  4. I may have a suggestion... Once we walked out of the gazebo they handed us and all our guests so champagne. I'd say use the set you don't really like for that and use the set you really do like at your table for the rest of the evening. That way both are used and no one gets their feelings hurt.
  5. Congrats on your soon-to-be marriage and for picking such a wonderful location!! Do not stress about not being in contact with your wedding coordinator. You can get about 95% of all the info you could possibly need from this thread. Plus your wedding coordinator may change throughout the planning process so it really doesn't matter too much. Just have your list of everything you know you want/dont want and be ready to supply it when the time comes. Good Luck with your planning!!
  6. Thanks for the kind words. We did have a such a great time. We are going to be entering to the same song at our AHR and this time I get to participate. I'm so excited lol!!
  7. Welcome!! And great choice on choosing Insanity. Like you, I am a sugar freak but once you start these workouts and see how much hard work you put in "usually" you have no desire to chow down on some nasty sugary crap that will slow down your progress. But you can also know that since you put in so much hard work a treat here or there will not set you back much if at all. Please just don't read that as I can eat whatever I want because I do Insanity. Food is about 80-85% of your results so make healthy wise choices to fuel your body while you are doing these intense workouts. Good Luck and keep us all posted!!
  8. I gave everything to my WC along with a drawing of what I wanted it to look like. She made it exactly the way I wanted it.
  9. Pretty nice. When it was sunny it was perfect!! We got a few days of rain - the day before and the day after the wedding. I got so friggin lucky. But the days are warm and the nights are breezy but a bit humid.
  10. Awesome job girl!! You look absolutely amazing!! You will be strutting your stuff in Punta Cana and everyone will be so jealous!!! Thanks for reminding me I only have 34 days left. WTF!! I thought I had like 6 weeks. Time just flies by. I need to step it up. I hit the gym real hard on Monday and did legs and I can barely walk...especially up and down stairs. I hate that feeling which is why I usually stay away from the weights. My fault for not knowing how to "take it easy". Those words are not in my vocabulary. Hopefully I can move better by tonight to do Insanity. Happy New Year Everyone!! Lets start fresh and hit it hard!!!
  11. They provided the orange lilies. $5 a piece at my resort.
  12. Thank you thank you!!! Honestly I can't think of anything. It all went so smoothly. I packed everything I needed and was so organized. I guess the one thing that many other past brides agree with is PACK LESS. Even though you want to make sure you have an outfit for every possible day, night, afternoon and special occasion - you will most likely pack way too many things and you won't be able to wear them all. I did end up bringing way too many dresses. I thought I'd be wearing one every night but I forgot that one night was the bachelorette, one was the welcome dinner and one was the wedding so there were 3 dresses right there that I forgot to take in to account LOL. On the honeymoon I re-wore some of my long dresses that I wore previously. Anyways...pack a little less than you think you will need. Helps with the luggage weight too!!
  13. Hi Jamie! Thanks for the comliments!! I used only 1 LED light per vase. It was plenty of light. If you want more illumination I would recommend mirrors underneath them. The reflection helps. I didn't want to bring those with me but I plan on doing something like this for the AHR next month.
  14. GOOOOORGEOUS photos Sarah!! You must be so happy with them. I can't view YouTube at work but I'll watch it this wknd at home. Have a very Happy New Year!!
  15. Wow that is so friggin awesome!! What an accomplishment. U go girl!!
  16. We did everything - speeches, dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting. We had separate playlists for everything single thing - entrance, bride and father, groom and mother, bride and mother, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, dinner music, party music, etc. We had one of the groomsmen man the iPad and he announced us, each special dance and announced when it was time to do something. The flow went pretty well. We rushed through all the important stuff only because my photographer was leaving at 8 and we wanted all those special moments captured. If you have a small group I would definitely recommend it. No reason to spend a fortune on music when you have most if not all of it already. =)
  17. I originally had Rachel too but a change had to be made and I got Melissa and Jonathan which was such a treat. Great choice to go with La Luna. Your photos will be fantastic!! We used the iPad and a Bose speaker and it went very well.
  18. Haha thanks!! I LOVE my shoes. They were the first thing I bought over a year ago before anything else for the wedding was purchased hehe.
  19. It holds a little less that 2 lbs but the sand comes in 1 lb bags. We have a little extra of both colors but the two hearts fit the perfect about of sand for the frame and they didn't even come with it. We got lucky!
  20. Bride2012 or any other bride....do you have a good copy of Insane Abs and Max Sports Training? If so, do you have the capabilities to copy them to another DVD? I haven't been successful at finding those two online. I decided to ask my eBay seller but I bought them back in April so I doubt they will be of any help. I tried searching webstore like you said Bride2012 but I only see the complete sets. I just want those two DVDs so I can try them out. I plan to start it up again next week. 6 weeks until the home reception. Bride2012 - how is P90X2??
  21. Thank you so much!! The sand ceremony is a frame/box. It is perfect for traveling because it has a plastic piece that holds the sand in place once its poured in. After, you can put little keepsake things on top of the plastic piece. We added some seashells from our honeymoon and some of the turquoise pebbles we used in the centerpieces at the wedding. Its a bit pricey but PERFECT!!! This is what it is and where I got it from. http://www.sandsationalsparkle.com/Unity-Sand-Frame-Kit--Perfect-for-traveling_p_11428.html I also purchased the sand from sandsationalsparkle as well. The heart vases were from Michaels.
  22. Thank you! I was told my dress was silk satin / charmeuse. Not sure if they are one in the same or it was just two different people's opinions. I was very light and flowy feeling. I loved it and can't wait to wear it again in 6 weeks for our home reception. =)
