    Congrats and Welcome!! Â Yes there is a residency requirement for Mexico and blood tests are required. The marriage license will be in Spanish so you can get it translated if you want to. When you get home you put it on file where you live. I haven't done it yet but that is all the stuff I have read about on here and other sites. We have chosen to get married a few days before we leave so we don't have to go thru all that and we can save a little by making it a symbolic ceremony but it wouldn't bother me if we did.

    How many gazebos are there? 3 total? Yesenia sent me the options and I see a North-Tulum Gazebo and a South-Coba Gazebo. But it does look like there are two different gazebos on the south side. Can you clarify for me please? Thanks!! Â

    Glad to hear that it didn't seem empty. I always wanted Mundaca until others said it was too large for a small reception. Maybe I'll end up with the one I wanted all along. =) Â Â This is the picture of the Cove Terrace from the packet I rec'd. Does anyone recognize it? I love the way it looks. Â Â

    Hi Steph - Â Thanks for posting all this great info on here. It really is helpful as you already know. Â Question: I rec'd a packet of Aventura's Private Events from another member on here. When listing all the places to have a reception there is a picture of "The Cove Terrace". Is that part of a restaurant? It looks like the perfect place for my reception since Mundaca terrace is probably way too big for the number of guests I am having. How many did you have? Did the terrace feel empty or too big?

    I know this is an old thread but I wanted to bring it back around and see what others are doing about this. Â Are you doing OOT bags and favors? Â If yes, are you putting the actual favor in the OOT bags or giving them out on the day of the wedding? Â Â I am doing OOT bags and providing nice silk fans on all the chairs for the ceremony. Is that enough or should I still do something extra? The budget really doesn't allow for it but I wanted to see what you ladies are doing. Â Thanks in advance for the responses!!
