  1. Shannon - you give such great advice!! Everything you say is correct and the way/what you eat is great.
  2. Yay can't wait to read your review. I bet everything was wonderful!! Have a great honeymoon.
  3. This is nice to hear it form the source. Thanks Tammy!!
  4. Wow it crazy to see how many ppl are in the same boat. My FMIL's bday is the same day as our wedding and my mom's bday is just about a week later. So we plan on doing something special for the both of them. Thanks for the great ideas. Love the one about a bday cake at the welcome dinner.
  5. Very pretty dress!! Good Luck with the weight loss.
  6. We just ordered FIs all white linen suit from studiosuits.com as well. I have only seen good reviews about this place. Can't wait to see it....well he won't let me but I know he will tell me how he likes it.
  7. Those are so cute. Love the turquoise accent color. What website did you get these from? So cute!! tote proof.pdf
  8. Great info!! I use Myofusion right now but I use a combination of proteins sometimes. Since I am a vegetarian I drink shakes all day since my options for protein are limited. Mysofusion is a Whey Protein Concentrate & Isolate so some parts are fast absorbing while others are slower which helps me out throughout the day. But right after a workout I usually try to take a fast absorbing protein (isolate) so that my muscles can repair themselves quickly.
  9. Are these real flowers? I am trying to find the lily in real touch.
  10. Good advice on the squats and lunges!! Those are some of my favs. I miss doing them right now. kiwibride - just keep at it and don't get discouraged that the weight isn't moving. Increase the intensity of your cardio and take your measurements instead of weighing yourself. You should be much happier with a 1 inch decrease than 1-2 lbs down. Since you are down to 5 wks I would get a bit stricter with what your eating since it is such a short time and really get your sweat on. Push yourself just a little harder and a little further each workout. Picture yourself in your dress or bathing suit while you're working out...it sure motivates me a bit more LOL!!
  11. Yours is too. Crazy!! I've never met another Taryn.
  12. Sorry I can't help. I'm taking the easier route and doing all the paperwork here first. Hopefully someone can help you out. I know there are some other threads on this that I ran across.
  13. Gorgeous!! I love the pink/orange lily. I just sent that picture off to the lady I am working with because I loved it so much. Thanks for sharing.
  14. So many options...how do you pick one? I think I'll make some for the bridal party and possibly family. These are so so cute!!
  15. These are great!! Gave me some great ideas on what to inform my guests about before they come. Thanks!!
  16. Just make sure you enjoy yourself while at the resort...do not deprive yourself. I would just be a little more careful at what you decide to eat...and in moderation!! And drink lots of water because it will help flush you out.
