  1. Hey MyTye2B!! I agree with Kelly. You can totally lose the weight and get into the best shape of your life (I sound like the infomercial haha) if you stick with it, stay disciplined and determined. I guarantee you will feel so much better in just 3 wks when you head down to PC. I know everyone makes excuses but there really is a work around for everything. Live in an apt? - take your laptop and go to the gym or any outdoor area or advise your neighbor below that one hour out of everyday you will be making some noise but it will be temporary. Dirty roommates? - clean the kitchen so you can use the things you need, put their dirty plates to the side or back in their rooms until it grows mold and they finally do something about it, designate an area of the fridge that is only yours and your groceries are not to be touched by others. Traveling? - bring the DVDs with you and do it in your hotel room or hotel gym. Nutrition/Bored with food? switch it up, try new recipes, make enough for leftovers, get a good protein powder to help you get your necessary protein intake, drink lots of water Sore? - stretch, warm baths, glutamine/BCAAs, push through it, the soreness goes away eventually Stick with it girl, check back in with us everyday if you need to. We will keep you motivated and encouraged. You can do it and you will be so happy you did. Trust us....It is worth the pain, sweat and tears...we have all done it already.

  3. I would love to do these for other brides who are unable to do it themselves. If anyone is interested just let me know. These were one of the best things I did along with all the OOT bag stuff. My guests still talk about them.

  5. Great job ladies!! Its nice to see so many more brides doing Insanity still. I love coming back to this thread to see all the support and motivation. Keep up the great work ladies!! I just celebrated my 1 yr anniversary 2 weeks ago and I was doing some Insanity before we went on vacation. I love how I can always come back to it and know I am getting a great workout. Unfortunately my body is unable to keep it up and I have been told I need to "take it easy". Those words are not really in my vocabulary but with a busted hip, knee, foot and ankle I have decided to ride the bench for a while to let me body recover. I plan on coming back to Insanity once I am at 100%. I actually miss it if you can believe that. Keep it up ladies and don't beat yourself up if you have a hard time sticking to it during the holidays. Just do what you can and don't get derailed or give up.

  8. Thank you so much!! We are just about to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary. Can't believe its already been a year. I would suggest you try to DIY. There are many other brides on here willing to help if you need it. It was so rewarding making them myself and I still have people talking about them to this day. Would even consider doing them for you if you don't think you can do them yourself. I really enjoyed making them and all the other DIY stuff for the OOT bags.

  11. Check with your WC about the lighting. I believe it gets dark around 5-6ish in Oct cause it was getting dark around 5ish in Nov. They should provide it for you if it is needed but your WC will know for sure. Have a wonderful time and amazing wedding!!!
  12. Haha you girls made me laugh!! I did try to start up a routine this week and I only ended up doing Pure Cardio one day. But going to do another today and going to try at least 3 times a week starting next week. I have our 1 yr anniversary coming up and we are heading back down to Mexico and I want to look as good as I did last year. I am very active and workout all the time but I've noticed that this type of workout really is the only thing that gets the fat off and the legs leaner. We just installed floor to ceiling mirrors in our gym this week which is nice and motivating but provides an honest view from any angle. Now its easy to see what things are moving more than they should be haha. Have a great weekend ladies and keep sweatin' it out!!

  16. I know girl...but trust me you will be so happy once you do it. Any way to do it in the morning? Lunch break? Right after work? Don't rely on FI to do it with you. Do it for yourself and for that rockin body you will be showing off next year. I know you have plenty of time until the wedding which makes it hard to be so motivated this early out but it would be easier to get it done now and maintain than waiting until the last minute and not knowing how your body will change. That can lead to last minute dress alterations and possibly more stress and definitely exhaustion if you are doing Insanity everyday before you leave. Try to stick with it or at least every other day for now and then once it gets closer you can start the whole program over again.

  18. I would suggest you have a friend who is very familiar with ipods/iphones/ipads help you out. It is actually rare to find someone these days that is not familiar with one or the other. You can use iTunes to help sync your music. You import all your existing songs and then you can buy the new ones you want through iTunes. You create different playlists from your song library, connect the ipod, tell it to sync and you're done. That is a very brief explanation by the way. Again I would recommend asking someone who uses theirs often. Good Luck!!

  20. Yes the ipod and bose speaker will be loud enough. I used it on the Solarium Mundanca which is very big and everyone could hear it just fine.
