Hi ladies!! I have less than 2 weeks left of Insanity. My fit test numbers have gone up so much, my whole body has gotten a bit leaner, I'm stronger, my abs show a lot more, lost 2 inches around my thighs and I just feel so good. I think I am going to do a combo of Insanity, weight training, hot yoga, cycling, hiking and running for the last 4 weeks leading up to the wedding. Not sure if I am going to try Asylum yet. Oh btw...I think I got a ghetto version of Insanity. To start with, all the literature has several spelling errors which are so obvious. Then my Insane Abs and the Max Sports Training DVDs do not work right. The chapters are shuffled up so its absolutely impossible to follow along. For example the DVD starts with just 5 min left in the entire workout, then it jumps to the the next chapter at 25 mins left then it jumps to 15 min left then it jumps to 30 min left, etc. I think it sucks I got such a bunk set. I really wanted to try Insane Abs so I am going to see if I can find anyone I can get a copy from. Well I hope all you ladies are doing well and sticking with it. (jumping jacks!!)
