Yea I know. The lyrics aren't perfect but the music and beat and wedding bells are so cute. Its just so fun and upbeat. I think most songs don't really have perfect lyrics for the situations they are played in but they sound good and that's all that matters.

Gosh we have very similar rings...for ours and our FIs rings. Too funny. And I LOVE your nails too!!

I'M ON MY LAST WEEK!!! I'm so glad I was able to stick it out and complete it. Feels so good. I love Insanity but I can't wait to get back to what I want to do and what I've been missing. For the 4 weeks leading up to the wedding I am planning on doing a combination of Insanity, cycle, hot yoga, hiking, running, rollerblading and weight training. I've missed doing all that stuff so I can't wait to get back to it. I'll also be cleaning up my diet for those last 4 weeks so I know I'll see some more changes. But I'm ready to go run around in a bikini right now anyways!!

Wow. Aventura is so gorgeous. I can't believe they would want to change anything about it. I'm so glad I have nothing to worry about. I definitely think they need to start contacting the future brides and let them know and give them a choice. BTW....I leave in just 5 short weeks. Still have quite a bit to do but I want the time to fly by!!

I know some ladies have had great experiences with their travel agents but mine on the other hand...not so much. I have two people working on my wedding group contract and they seem to mess up so much stuff, don't get things right, contact the wrong people, never contact me with updates or deadlines, I always have to ask for a re-cap and then tell them where they messed up and so much more. There is no way they are getting anything but a thank you card with a wedding picture in it.

I plan on using either Mixbook or another site that lets you create photo albums. I'll have to check out My Publisher. I think if you wrap it up as a present there is no way anyone would be able to see it except your FI. I plan on giving it to him the day of and making sure he knows its for "his eyes only"!!

I am also doing a BD shoot but I got him personalized collar stays and a personalized tie clip from Red Envelope. He wears a suit everyday so I know he will love them. I got to put whatever I wanted on the collar stays.

We are having a friend bring his BOSE docking station and have started created the separate playlists. I will definitely check out the app. We tested the BOSE out and it's definitely loud enough for 25 guests. Now I just have to think about the whole microphone/announcements/speeches issue. Hmmm

Yea we are doing the same thing...no emotion, no rings, no kiss, no "I DO". Probably just a "YES" will be a enough. We are doing it that weekend because we do not live together yet, I move into our new apt 10/15 and his lease is up 11/1. That way he can move in the last weekend of Oct without his parents having an issue with it. That is also the weekend of my bridal shower so we scheduled it so his mom can attend since they do not live close.

I'm getting legally married on 10/21/11. It doesn't mean anything to me....its just paperwork. But it will still be a cool feeling.

That is great you qualified for the free cocktail hour. We are getting a free private function so we decided to add in a welcome dinner that will be a private event instead of at a restaurant which was my original plan. We are going to send our guests to the main lobby to kill time while we are taking pictures so no need for a cocktail hour for us. I think our OOT bags are a pretty good gift/favor in itself. We are also sending out luggage tags with the pre-travel brochures, will have silk fans on the chairs during the ceremony and I think I might get pashminas for all the ladies. I just read on here that someone had them embroidered with their names and they had them hanging on the chair so people knew where they were sitting at the reception. Such a cute idea so I might have to steal it. My To Do List... - still have to work on our music playlists for the welcome dinner, ceremony and reception - finish buying a few little things for the OOT bags and put them all together to see how they look - waiting for my dress and BM dresses to come in - figure out what I am wearing under the dress - figure out what I am wearing in my hair (pin, clip, barrette, flower) - finalize the centerpieces (changed my mind so many times) - take BD photos and prepare the album to give to FI - move to new apt - get legally married - attend bridal shower - get hair done (colored, highlighted) - buy stuff for vacation (bikini, dresses, etc.) - and do lots of stuff for AHR - especially narrow down the guest list and order invites That is all the main stuff I can think of at the moment.

Wow interesting... I hope nothing changes for your wedding. I would think if they plan to physically change the look of the resort it would take quite some time so hopefully you are safe. Hopefully we are all safe!!

FI did all white and I did a white dress. Mine will look whiter than his which was a must. I think all the light colors are perfect for a destination wedding so you can't go wrong with any one you choose.
