Lua, is there a 5pm slot you could switch to? Our ceremony is at 5 and our reception is at 7, and we're just sending all of our guests to a lobby or pool bar while we do pics. There will still be plenty of light for pictures, but it shouldn't be as hot out.

Tenny - Yay I'm so glad you found your gown!! My dress came with a travel bag, which was lucky because I bought it in Vancouver and and to take it on the plane back to Toronto with me. That is going to be a very well travelled dress! I'm sure you can pick a bag up at a bridal store or alterations place.

I'm in Oakville, ON. I actually went to the tanning salon last night (bad I know, I never go but don't want to be pasty for the BD sess) and the girl working there had wicked lashes. I asked where she got them done and apparently there is a lady in Brampton who does them out of her house for only $40! Refills are $30. So I'm going to give those a whirl I think. I love the jersey idea! I was thinking about doing a Detroit Pistons (FI's fav sports team) undies or crop top with the logo but my photographer's style is very vintage glam, which I love and it's why I picked her. I want a white bra and panty set with garters for sure bc my photographer has these gorgeous angel wings I want to incorporate. Then I want to do a black, sexy bra and underwear set to contrast! What are your other outfits? My fi is a police officer so I would LOVE to steal one of his work shirts to pose in, but you aren't supposed to technically even put that stuff on unless you're a cop and I know he's paranoid about that type of thing. So I'm thinking maybe I'll steal one of his dress shirts (or maybe just one of his ties). How long is your session? I don't know how many out fits to bring because my shoot is only an hour! No I sent it to my friends PO box in Detroit. FI is from Windsor and goes down to visit often, so he can just grab my stuff for me. It saved me almost $200!!!! (The promo code for the $75 is no good for Canadian orders) plus they wanted almost $100 for shipping and handling! Just crazy. I love Canada but I hate being Canadian somtimes. We get jipped.

Thanks Girls! I have no worries about his ex, he's all mine and I know it. It was more of a worry that he's seen it all (and better!) before. She was modelling the whole time they were together so he's seen tons of pro BD images but if I'm rational I know that he's never seen BD of ME and that is something totally different! Mocha I hear you on the GM's. My FI's friends are the WORST!!! Full payment is due next week and some of them haven't even put down deposits yet!! They keep holding out for a "better deal". Hello idiots...the resort it sold out! No deals are happening, seriously. And the worst part is my friends have been booked in for months, and have already paid in full. My friends are 10 years younger than his friends and living in a city where the cost of living is WAY more expensive and yet his friends are bitching about the price and are acting like 2 years olds. This isn't never never land gents... at some point you need to GROW UP! lol! Sorry.... that's my vent.

Sorry I've been MIA for a few days ladies...my activity spiked so much after joining this thread they thought I was a spammer and started moderating my posts!!! I'm so nervous...I booked my boudoir session for March 15th!! I was originally not going to do one, because my FI's last girlfriend is an actual lingerie/ swim suit model. I made the mistake of googling her and decided right then no matter how much I worked out my bod wouldn't look like hers! So I told my fi what I had done and he (being the sweetheart he is) proceeded to tell me that I'm the most sexy, beautiful girl he's been with and that he would love sexy pics because then I could see me the way he does!! I think he's full of you know what but I definitely need to do the shoot for him now! Sooooo I'm booked in now and frantically hitting the gym! I also booked an appointment to get hair extensions put in. Any of you ladies planning on getting extensions?

Lua, have you tried Walmart? They don't zipper, but they were dirt cheap. I think it was 10 for $2, they also had laynards there but I can't remember exactly what they cost. I'm on the hunt for those curly plastic loops for the badge holders, and if in my search I come across some zippered ones with laynards, I'll definitely let you know!

Aloe is a great call. I looked for some at Target, but didn't see any. They did have the little travel bottles though, I think four in a pack for a buck. I've also seen them at Walmart and the dollar store. I'm anticipating that the mugs are going to be a total pain. I have no idea how we're going to get them down there. We upgraded our flight to first class to allow more luggage, but since we're going for two weeks I know it will be a struggle to bring my clothes alone, let alone the welcome bag stuff and wedding stuff!! I've seen some really great koozies out there, and they will definately be much easier to pack! have you started sourcing them yet?

Haha, we thought about condoms, but really there are only two single guys on the trip who would use them, and I have no doubt they'll make sure they are well stocked!! At least the lube the couples can enjoy too (I don't know how many of my friends in committed relationships are still using condoms). I was also thinking it might be cute to throw in a pair of hand cuffs! My FI is a police officer so it could be a fun tribute to that! I'm also seriously struggling with the OOT bags. I'm trying to find ones that aren't too plain so I don't need to put a transfer on them. I like the boat totes with the contrasting handles but I'm finding it so hard to find them for a reasonable price in the colour I want... I think maybe I'm just too picky.
