Hey Crys, What a bummer about the 2 people and limits!!! Can you include a photogrpaher or something to jack it up to 50?? I know it's hard to tell people not to stress, but just be persistant with them, maybe even try calling? Is it a new wedding coordinator? Hey Kary, I have also booked the baja Norte for our wedding. Do you happen to have the email of the person you are dealing with?? I did get a copy for all the private menu options, I think we will go with the $44 pp option. You should check into ordering from their basic menu because from my understanding, if you have a private reception , you have to order from their " Private Menu" , which is 34- 54 $$ per person. I think the only way to get around that is to do the semi private. They sure know how to get ya!!! How many people are you expecting ? We just sent out our invites and have 26 booked and are expecting around 50. We should def keep in touch and share ideas. When is your wedding again? Hey there, Congrats on your upcoming wedding!! HOw is your planning coming along? Where are you flying from? I had very good communication with SAkura as well, but she is only responsible for the booking process so that's why she probably hasn't been getting back to you as promptly. She explained to me as well that we will have to wait until closer to the wedding to speak to the coordinator with all the details. Don't stress about it, from what I have heard , they are very good at doing everything when you get there. There's only so much you can plan having a destination wedding, that's the fun part!! Let me know if I can answer any of your questions , our weddings are so close

We are going with black and white formal. The guys will be in black pants with white long sleeved shirt. FI will be in the same with a black tie. My bridesmaids will have cherry red dresses. and I have been thinking of orange flowers for them , but haven't 100% decided on that!! I won't be taking much decorations, just keeping it simple and elegant.

Hey Tiffany, we are getting married at the Riu Palace in April,so I can't answer your questions about the gazebo or restaurant, but I found a website that helped me alot while planning my wedding time. We chose to have our ceremony at 4pm, as the sun sets at about 6:15 on the date we are getting married. We figured the ceremony would last til 5 at the latest, then an hour or so for beautiful sunset pics and as we are sitting for dinner, the sun will be setting in the distance. Hey Ladies, I am just trying to get my invites done and am having a difficult time finding the perfect wording for our Cabo San Lucas wedding. Any ideas for fun , creative wording for a wedding on a beach? I need it to be sort of simple as there is not a huge amount of space avaiable for the wording , but would like to write something about having all the info on the website - I would also like to mention that we do understand that many will not be able to come, but am having a hard time fitting it all in the space provided. Hey, I am from Edmonton, but my girlfriend got married last August. She found a dress she loved in a wedding boutique that was $1300. She decided to sleep on it. The next day, we checked out the kijiji classifieds and no word of a lie, the exact dress was for sale from a previous bride for $500. She tried it on and bought it. I'm not sure how you feel about buying second hand, but if you really think about it, It was only worn once and most of the girls get them dry cleaned immediately after. Just a thought. I have looked on the kijiji ads before at wedding dresses, and there are always lots to choose from. I'm sure the same would be true of Calgary.
