Hey Crys, I totally missed this post!! We have a few pics of the baja norte, it's very pretty, and outside. It's pretty much a cement pad so there is lots of room for a dance floor. You do have to pay for an open bar for this , but we are prepared for it. Right now we have 28 booked and my invites went out last week. ( I am hoping no more than 70 because baja norte has a max capacity! )

This is a fab idea, the honeyfund. I am still debating. I really don't want anything as we also live together, but when there is a bridal shower - I'd rather get items that I want than random things we don't need, it's such a sticky situation. I think ultimately we will have a small registry, and hope that people will get the hint that we don't want anything or need anything .

I am not 100% sure , but I am pretty sure your initial would go first. I have seen a few in weddings that I have been to where the brides name is first, but like I said, not sure if that is proper or not.

I think it's your wedding and you can chooose whatever colors you like ! Whocares if it's a destination wedding. I have seen all colors of the rainbow done at destination weddings. If you love those colors , I think you may regret not using them. This day only happens once so how you envision it as perfect is solely your choice!! I am choosing a black and white theme - with a splash of Red. My groomsmen will be wearing black pants and white long sleeved shirts. My fiance will be wearing the same with a black tie ( still debating on the jacket) All of my favors and decorations will be black/white and my Bridesmaid dresses are Cherry Red. I picked Red for my dresses because I have always loved red, I have also had a few people tell me that perhaps I should change my color because I am getting married on a beach, but it's my wedding and that's just how it's going to be ! I wanted to keep it simple. Let us know what you decide!!
