Lizzdee, I truly believe that you have to do what makes you feel more comfortable--and they may be completely different from any other bride. I'm more like Teira, I do not want him to see me in my dress until the wedding day. I just like the suspense of the whole idea. Do what works for Lizzdee!

I hate to hear about you breaking out Janine. I wonder what could have caused it? Regardless, it's good that you were able to get rid of it. I agree AnnMarie, I met a bride who was married there in October, and she planned everything on site. She said it was easier than working with Monica in Miami. So I think the answer to your question is yes. Hopefully one of the brides who was recently married at the resort will chime in. And yes, a lot of it sales. I doubt VERY seriously if you say "I want a private reception" to the coordinator on-site that they will deny you. Just my thoughts... -
