I'm new to this and thought I would mention what worked for me...Alii and walking..down 22 pounds in 3 months..still have 15 to go and the wedding is in June..but my dress comes in March 18th...

I went for the site visit and wore flats..for my wedding I'm wearing a flip flop that has a 1 inch platform...I love shoes and packed a ton for my scouting trip and wore nothing there but flats

So I'm 4 1/2 months out..and slow at work...trying to think of what I can get done in regards to the wedding..booked the welcome dinner...River Cafe...great place and the cost was not bad if anyone is looking for a place to have one...Can't order maracas or fans until I know how many people are coming..feel like I'm on a wedding standstill

Another option is to burn the mixes you like to CD or put on your IPOD and give to the DJ to play. I will try to find the name

Hello, We had the same issue. My soon to be brother in law is a house DJ and producer so we wanted someone that was more our taste. When is your wedding? We are bringing someone with us to do ours. I went out a few times when I was there. I will look up the name of the club we went to..the DJ was great.

I planned an entire wedding here in Michigan and planned on going to PV for my honeymoon. I looked at vallarta adventures for things to do on our honeymoon and came across the wedding page. I canceled my wedding here (lost some money) but went with what I really wanted! Do what makes you happy...it's your day : )

I was having the same issues as you so I went to check them out. I also have pictures if you want me to sent them. I decided on the Westin. The rooms are very modern and updated. The price was great. The group rate was not great but most people booked thru orbitz with flight and hotel packages and they just added those reservations to my room block. The cab ride is about $5 to downtown and the beaches are nice. NO one bugs you on the beach at the hotel..not even vendors. They have some on the beach but are on contract to the westin and are not allowed to approach you. I have a great contact over there and can send you his info if you want. I also went to two all inclusive places..Melia and the one that is on the vallarta-adventures website. If you have anyone with kids coming the MELIA is great and the cost is pretty low. I had a friend stay there last week and she said the place was great. Best thing is it is walking distance from the Westin. I was really worried about being to hot in it and also about being able to move around well....lots of stairs as I found out from my site inspection. I'm alot more comfortable in the 2nd dress

Thanks..I had no clue how to do that...My 1st dress was a satin Mermaid...here is a picture..I loved it but just didn't feel right for the venue...

So I did it..I finally went out a bought another dress...I already has purchased one before we decided to do the wedding in Mexico. Tell me what you think...my family does not love it but I think it will be fun for the location...I don't know how to cut and paste on here so I added 3 picture attachments
