    Ok, something I didnt think of. Fernando is doing my hair/make-up and the quote was $220. Did anyone else have him do someone else's hair/make-up? I was thinking about having him do my Mom's hair/make-up, but wasnt sure if this is another $220 or not? Anyone do this or something similar?

    I had a couple of folks book on Mexicana air for our November 3, 2010 wedding and they too are waiting for prices to drop. Some are looking at paying up to triple what they had paid on Mexicana Air. Â I've finalized everything with Kelley, OTHER THAN MUSIC. Man, that's the worst part. I'm just going to bring an Ipod, but I dont know what music to have for the wedding. I've heard so many options, I think I'm going crazy. Â Everything else has been a complete breeze. Kelley and I talk at least once a week. If it's not about the wedding, it's about something (ha). She's a trooper.

    I talked to Kelley (WC) yesterday about it and she said to plan for about 1 hour from Bucerias to PV. That's a bummer since it's only 10 miles away (at least to the airport). O'well......I'm not letting anything get in the way of my special day on November 3, 2010. If I have to swim from Bucerias to Las Caletas....I'm getting there!

    Just search starfish necklaces. There are a zillion sellers. The picture will look the same as the pictures included on this site. They run from anywhere from .99 cents to $2.00. It takes a little while to receive b/c they are in China. But it's actually reasonable shipping, considering. I think I got mine in about 7 days.

    They didnt come with a price tage, but they were wrapped in celephane and had the pashmina tag on the scraf itself. I would highly recommend these. I know a lot of BDW gals have purchased these exact same ones.

    I got those as well from Ebay. They all came in a cute little box. I think the girls will love them....even bought one for myself!

    Yes, they will offer a discount for large orders. Just send them an email prior to purchasing advising how many you would like to order and work out a shipping price with them. I presented them with an offer and they took it. Just ask them what you think is reasonable.

    I purchased my pashmina's from ebay and they are the exact same!! Great price, quick shipment and packages in plastic (as shown w/ ivory pashmina's). I would highly recommend them.     I contacted Sandra Munoz at the vistor's center approx 2 months ago and she sent me a TON of stuff. I got pink "visit puerto vallarta" bags, T-shirts, maps and visitors packet. She was great to work with. Just let her know you're having a wedding party in PVR. I did have a small group of 15, so I'm not sure what she'd send for larger groups. But the email address is valid.     LOL.....That cracked me up. You shouldnt have any problems. Other brides I have talked to said they didnt have any problems with getting stuff in. I think if they open your bags and understand you're coming to the country for a wedding, they arent going to "sweat you" for pills. I've also heard that some brides save all their receipts and take them down....but I didnt save a lot of my receipts, so I wont be doing that either. Â

    Make sure you put a LARGE note inside your suitcase that says "not for resale, bridal decorations". If you say bridal gifts, they might make you pay taxes on the items you bring in. Â I'm planning on taking down two suitcases and spreading things out between guests as much as possible.

    The camera cards can be purchased on Ebay......After looking long and hard, I finally found them..... Just ask them to leave the center attached.
