We have received 3 cheques so far and we haven't sent thank you cards but called and said thank you to one and said thank you personally for the other two and will send all the thank yous at the same time. We are also keeping a spreadsheet of gifts received so not to forget. Also one of my staff went to a cousins wedding over 6months ago and hasn't gotten a thank you and she is PISSED. At the end of April if she doesn't get one she is asking for her gift back bahahahaha Oh and never go to bed mad for sure. That is the best way to keep a relationship together! Speaking of stress and fights with FI's I had a bit of meltdown this weekend and told FI he needs to step it up and help me out and today on his day off he cut the ribbons for the welcome bag tags, put labels on shot glasses, cleaned the house and did some research online for our honeymoon in greece. He also came shopping with me at Micheals yesterday (he HATES that place) and we got a flower girl basket and i added flowers to it. I bought the same center piece for my hair flower as Laura and finished that, bought some cardstock and brads for my fan programs which are too small for my whole punch so back to the drawing board on that one! I fell MUCH better today! Greys you dress looks beautiful on you! BRANDY-WHERE ARE YOU!!!! lol

I just downloaded a fan template that I am going to attempt to do lol Did you finish yours Sherri? I never ended up ordering those fans from oriental trading so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone but they seem pretty difficult and time consuming with all the cutting so I am not sure I will have time. Another girl did it with rectangular ones which would be way easier to cut than the fan type ones. I just don't know what to write in them. I know I need the bridal party and parents names and stuff about the order of the ceremony, it is just the exact wording i am having trouble with. Oh the boys will set him straight for sure. Because i bet they will all be envious of him if he brings it up to them. Tris glad to see your weekend is better than you thought it would be after the accident. Being locked up with no FI can be quite productive!

Are you with pilar or ana? The resort has some items there that they will let you use for free. Small vases for votive or you can even go into town and grab some cheap flowers and spread them amongst the vases. I think I might have a pic of the free stuff that pilar sent me that you can use. I will try and find them and attach them here

Ya that's tough. He should know you only want him as he is the one you are marrying. There has to be trust there for sure. Sounds like he is scared because you are apart and he doesn't know what is going on while you are away but he has to trust you if he loves you. Men are so insecure sometimes. For me mine is not jealous but he can't stand dissapointing me and when he does and I am a little upset it because a huge argument that somehow he becomes the victim because of his guilt. It drives me nuts but I love him and to get all the good stuff there is sometime the bad. DEEP BREATH! What does he say when you give him that choice? I would hope he backs down and realizes that he is the ONE you want!

Hey Hanna Wow you poor thing, i would be going crazy! I am not really leaving anything because I am using it all at my AHR but you can certainly us however many chair sashes you need of mine. Actually another bride left some vases and chair sashes so i would just talk to the wedding coordinator when you get there and ask if you can use them for free since they didn't pay for them. What kind of stuff are you looking for again. I am pretty sure we have the same color scheme. Aqua, lime and white. If I remember correctly you wedding is on the friday and I leave saturday morning so as long as I have the stuff back in time to pack it then you are welcome to use it. Are you getting there the 27th? My wedding is the 26th of April.

Don't worry I am sure he will get over it. You are one strong woman. I don't think I could do it being away for so long from my FI. He would be blowing up my phone lol I have a plan! When you come home you should show up in a trench coat with some sexy lingerie and he will be so excited to see that and you that he won't be able to resist not being mad at you. Just a thought! hehe

So I just use my glue gun for the first time. I love it. I glued a little peice of felt with a brooch pin and a hair clip claw thing for my flower and I think it is going to work and now i need to find a starfish for the center of the flower and voila! Just bought ribbon too to cut for my maraca tags which I can't assemble till mexico cause grandma from florida is bringing them.

oh no Sherri that sucks! Tell him it is no different than you being in a bikini really! It's probably just the stress of being away from you for so long. When he gets them he will love them and all that jealousy will go away i am sure. Cheer up buttercup! When are you back home?

Sherri- i just tried my caramilk template on the actual bar and it is just a little too big. I think it is because the last bit of writting is too low. I am going to try and bring it up a bit and try again. Did yours fit perfect?

As for toast, we have a maid of honor and best man so it would be nice if they said a little something, we are going to say a toast and thank yous, my dad will say something and since FI's parents are a little shy I think his sister is going to say something on their behalf. I don't plan on making any long speeches or anything as I want the party to get started and not bore too many people lol

Sherri, if it is affecting you health wise then no job is worth that stress and since you are such a good saver then maybe it is time to start over with a new job. I have been at my current job for almost 4years and the first two were horrible, I almost quit several times but it worked out for me because main source of my problems left. It is still not perfect but in this economy not the best time to be looking you know what I mean? I guess depending on your field if you are confident that you could find something easily then maybe it is something to seriously consider. I hope your day gets better and you make the best decision for you and your health. Stress is a killer, I know!!!!

Kitty-I am so glad to hear you loved greece so much. I can't wait. I did Italy two years ago and had an amazing time. My itinerary was so jammed that my dad said " Lisa you know if you get a flat you are fu****ed right?" LOL But eveything went off without a hitch!!! Question for you ladies. Is anyone bringing a card box to their DW in case people bring cards or money? I have no idea if I should have one or not and I am stressing out about how to do one for there and pack it. I guess a bit because they look like the shoes I bought too but #2 are so sexy and funky that it depends on the look you want cause they would look good as well with that dress! Laura-for the song if you want it to play at certain times you can definately have someone coordinate that for you at the resort but like michelle said i think, stuff like that doesnt always work out. But hey if you have any projects that need to be done, grad a friend, have some wine, stay in and play with your stuff. Take advantage of being home alone with no transportation. WOW Sherri that would be stressful. I would tell them to do it now because all the taxes are going up because of gas prices i think! I know to mexico they went from $282 to $343. I really don't think things are going to go any cheaper. Their best best is the week after march break so from now till like wednesday and then they should just book already!!! Do you have a backup plan? Have you already paid them? I know some brides paid for their photographer to go down and that was their payment. Oh my friend Pina Coloda. I LOVE her! Cute hat char lol
