Awesome Tracy. When is your wedding? I can't seem to find anyone before me and would love to see what he does with his pics at the Now Jade! Â

He talked to me about some and I also did research. As there is limited time I didn't want to take up too much in travelling. I have been to Xcaret and Xelha before and thought those might be nice places but I have never been to Xplor so though maybe we could make a day of it but I am still not sure. Ivan has been scouting out new cenotes as he wants to use some different ones for his shoot so ultimately I will probably just go with whatever he recommends but he has done Xelha before and I have seen the pics and they are awesome! Â

Just so you know the hotel has firedancers on Thursdays so if it's not in your budget you will get to see it anyways or maybe your wedding is on that day but my wedding is on a Tuesday and I wanted to have some sort of entertainment and thought this would be exciting. Everybody raves about it! Some people do fireworks but I thought that was a bit much for me so I like this alternative. Â

Hi Amy I don't have access to my hotmail at work so I will send the info to you later tonight. Just beware that the hotel charges you day passes for any vendors that come on the resort. I think it's ridiculous what they charge but it will still work out to be half the price of what the resort is charging!

Congrats Cookie! Let see some pics anyway lol Mocha, I had the same issue, like the top but not the bottom or vice versa so like you I didn't want to settle and did the custom thing! i will find out soon if it was all worth it! Well at a 155 canadian you can't really go wrong!

Hey Kristie He even put me in contact with a fire dancer if you are interested! I love his pics but hope that he ends up shooting another wedding at the Now before mine also so I can see some pics and he will already have a feel for the place. He told me he is going to go check it out anyway and I think we might be doing our TTD at Xelha or Xplor! I hope Anel his wife is able to come that day too!

It was the same thing for me! You know you are not limited to their selection right? Pick any dress on the internet that you like and send it to them and they will tell you if they can do it or not. Good luck with your search! Â

Dress is shipped and can't wait to get it! Also booked Ivan Luckie and finally paid the deposit last week for the wedding and TTD session. Sooo excited. His pictures are beautiful and he is awesome to deal with! Becoming more like a friend already. He is sooo easy going and passion about his work, friendly, funny and I think we are going to have a blast with him! Look him up on here or facebook if you haven't found a photographer yet!

Well I cheated a bit and sent out my invites early with a deadline reply date of Sept 15th to guarantee the group rate but really it's sept 25th for the straglers which there are some still!!! Don't think I am going to get to that 50 though to have the buffet! Also out of 86 invitations sent I only have back about 45 or so which sucks! Don't people realize the planning that is involved, sheesh....

To all Canadian Now Jade Lovers.  I have a group rate for regular or prefered section that is valid till Sept 25th, 2010 through Air Transat leaving Toronto, Ontario April 23rd, 2011-April 30th, 2011 with some extra reserved seats if anyone is interested in taking advantage! One week all inclusive, flight, transfers, hotel for $1530 taxes in for Deluxe Junior Suite or $1615 for Junior Master Concierge Suite Ocean view on the Preferred side taxes in.  Message me for more details. I am getting married there that week and thought if anyone wanted a cheaper rate than advertised they could piggy back on my group. Hey Ladies  OMG I am sooooo happy the subscirptions are back I was going crazy! Ok I know i need a life lol FYI it is a Mexican holiday today and I think it lasts the week! Soooo don't expect any emails anytime soon lol The reception should be 4hours! The videographer does about 1 hour of video from people starting to arrive at the ceremony to the ceremony to the toast so i was told!  Does anyone know if they have live webcast so people at home can watch the wedding as it happens?

I ordered mine from there and you are right they don't show pics of progress. I was a little concerned about this but out of three vendors i spoke with they were the only ones that would accomodate my changes and that said they could do the beading that i wanted so i took the risk. I should have my dress in about a week so i will post a review and pics once received. Â

I did order it from DHgate.com through monica bridal, seller name wywedding. It will be shipped via EMS tomorrow and i should have it the latest by sept 27th. i will let you know about duties but from what the seller tells me i shouldn't get charged anything using EMS so here's hoping!

Is anyone else having a problem seeing the pictures from Marzm. I can see the orginal but not the knockoff pics. I am so curious to see her dress!!
