I know my hotel has some items for free otherwise they charge an arm and a leg to do them for you. But hey if you don't want to do them then don't! It's your day! I know how many guests are coming and have already chosen my reception location and the layout of the tables so I will have 6 guest tables and a head table. Worked it all out with my wedding coordinator. I am such a geek I even have a plan layout on powerpoint of how I want the room with a seating chart lol

Hi Ladies This is what I am thinking of going with. Ignore the flowers and ribbonin the top (they're from a wedding in the 90's that I was in lol) as we will be using real ones from the resort and may switch out the white rocks with sand or water beads colored blue. Any advice on which option would be much appreciated. They look nice with the candles lit in dim lighting too!

Those look great Lua, can't wait to see the final bouquet! They were the same flowers I was thinking of but a girl on my resort thread just came back from there and used a local florist and got a wicked deal so I think I have changed my mind. Ella- They have changed coordinators on my three times already! I feel your stress but don't it will all work out. Just make sure you get anything you discussed with the previous coordinator in writting before she goes. Tris- I have been trying to grow my hair for a year from super short but it's still not long enough for the look I want but my hairdresser makes the extensions for me which is awesome. Last time she gave me ones when I had short hair for like $80 completed but I am sure the long ones will be a bit more expensive. What sucks is that she is going to the phillipenes a month before I leave for my wedding so I will have to get my final color then and do the hair extensions then. i hope my color holds for a month!!! Brandy- i spoke with silver pencils and she only has that flower in the ivory but said she could use another one of her white ones with the starfish but no blue available. Boo! Changed my mind again on my centerpieces but got some great deals at kitchen stuff plus here in canada today and will have some sample photos posted this weekend. I would like some input from you ladies! I think the first ones were too busy and the ones I am thinking of now are a little more elegant.

I have a starfish themed wedding so i love that added touch to the flower just not sure if I should have the blue at the bottom and the white against the starfish or vice versa. Also my friend lent me her tiara from her wedding as my something borrowed but i am not sure if that will be too much with the flower. And then there is the question of a veil. I never really thought I would wear one but love some of the pics of other brides in them so I am not sure what to do. So indecisive right now lol 1. just the flower 2. tiara and flower 3. tiara and veil with no flower 4. veil with tiara Oh crap!!!!! too many decisions lol I think I am going to wear my hair pulled over to one side but that is up in the air too. I have naturally culy hair and i am not sure which way would be best in the sun and wind.

Ahhhh so that is how lol I searched for Mikiye in the same search box and she came up so i assumed i could do the same but no lol thanks again. I am going to contact her tomorrow and see if she can put some blue in it for me. I want some peonies in my bouquet but I don't think I will be able to get them. I know what you mean mocha, my knock off has been in the garment bag since I got it. Not sure what to do about it. I ordered the original one I initially wanted and I am praying that when it gets here NEXT YEAR I will love it or I will have to start all over again!

I was going to do the same but will be using the colored ones for down south and then again for my AHR. I am not sure what the little green flowers are. I think you are referring to a bouquet I posted a while back that is mostly white with blue in the center and the green flower may be lillies that are still closed, not sure.

They don't charge to set up they would just charge you $1 ironing fee if needed per sash. I got a great deal when I bought them myself. Sashes were like 52cents, overlays something like $3 and napkins worked out to be 44cents a piece through http://www.linentablecloth.com/ they had a great sale last week with free shipping. Not sure if it is still available though but even if not on sale it is still cheaper to purchase them compared to the prices noted in my last post.
