Tris-so sorry to hear about your sister. That sucks! Is this the same people as last time with the breakup? For some reason I thought it was your sister last time too! If so maybe they can work it out in time again. Brandy-dont' get discouraged. Have you changed you eating habits as well as the additional working out? sometimes if you are not eating enough while training I find you don't lose weight. Your body needs that fuel.

Hammy, in the reply box below source there is an "insert image icon" it's the first one on the second line. A pop up box will come out and press browse and then find the pic in your computer and double click on it and then click submit, that should do it. i hear ya about the vases I bought some for my AHR from the dollar store too which I was going to bring down south also, only if I can get people to help me pack things, which most seem ok with it so let's see if it all fits when it comes time to pack lol

Wish I would have seen that earlier cause I would have went with that! The dress you posted is perfect also for a destination wedding. You want everyone to be comfortable and in material that they are going to sweat buckets in so I think it's great and mom will look hot in anything she wears I am sure! Oh and muscle weighs more than fat for sure but I find when I start working out i retain more water to repair the muscles and that keeps the weight on but it really starts coming off after three weeks straight. And I think I am going to get that aqua blue linen shirt for FI with the white linen suit from Studiosuits now that I hear they have great quality. Still a little worried about how thick they are and if they will be hot because they are a blended linen suit. Mocha-Holy O WOW, that picture is hot hot hot! I am a little crazy with bathing suits and bring at least 5 lol Bailey- OMG I freakin love those shoes but could never wear them booo!!!!! Teira- I like the iron on's and the idea of personalization cause your guests will really appreciate that but would suggest making the date and first line a little bigger cause in the pic it seems very small and when you print, it might not come out that great. Sorry to hear that hammy i found when I wasn't getting the response as quickly as I wanted I just called her and felt much better. a month YAY that is sooo exciting! I still have just under 3 months and can't wait! Just working out my flowers now, made my appointment with the videographer and with pilar the day we arrive and got the DJ booked finally. Still need to finalize the menu and get my spa appointment confirmed. Do you happen to have any pics of the vases you are going to leave down there? I could really use the help using them cause the ones I thought about bringing are quite heavy and it I could save room in my suit case that would be amazing! Kathy I am so glad to hear that you love the suit and the quality because I was worried it was going to be too thin and very see through. How long did it take for shipping? I know you are in the states so it may have been faster than to canada but just to get an idea of my deadline to order. Where did you get the ocean blue shirt from? Was it linen as well?

That's a great turnout. I am such a control freak myself so it has been hard doing the destination thing but I am learning to be a little more laid back as time goes on and communications with the hotel have improved 100%. Things are going great now! Don't stress cause it will all come together and be the most amazing day of your life. You won't even notice the small details. When is your big day?

Thanks for the words of encouragement ladies! I my first trainer workout and it went well. We are going to order a white linen suit for FI and try and find a blue shirt to go underneath. I think I will go with StudioSuits cause they are just so affordable just need to get his measurements taken since my seamstress appointment was cancelled. He is going to wear sandals with his suit, not flip flops but sandals not cover most of his feet because he hates his feet lol Good luck with the BD shoot Teira, can't wait to see a teaser! Hammy sorry to hear about your FI losing his job. Wow that is alot of stuff. How many guests are you having? When is your wedding? i love the crystal curtain idea, that will look beautiful. One of the previous now jade brides had brought lighting for the bamboo and said she didn't need it as they are already lit up from behind. I have a shit load of stuff too but I have enlisted quite of few of my family and friends to help to save costs.

So far I have lost 13 total since getting engaged in June so as you can tell I am not on a fast track here but need to kick it up a notch now for sure.

Wow Brandy that is dedication. To do an hour everyday. You are my hero!!!! Just started with her last thursday. She is really a dietician/trainer which is great because it is covered under FI's medical plan. Last week we took measurements, weight (yikes) and made a meal plan for me and this thurday will be my first workout session with her and every other thursday after that for 6 weeks and then if I find it is working then I will pay for more. I only worked out once this week so far so I need to step that up to 4times a week at least.

Welcome Apola!! WE sure are a chatty bunch lol but that is one of the best parts of this thread, the best would be the supportive and kind ladies. You are sure to get plenty of help here. First of all Tenny I am so sorry for your loss. Second, based on what you have said here it appears she is SELLFISH because she is not seeing how loosing your mother has affected you(not wanting to party it up on HER birthday) and if I could take a guess, I would assume she is single and perhaps a little jealous of you getting married. When she says the friendship has changed, what she probably really means is not because you are mourning but because you probably don't spend as much time with her then you use to and part of that is because of your FI. She is probably feeling neglected which is childish at this point in our lives. I have two schools of thought on this. Depending on wether or not you still value her friendship and if you think you could work through this then I would allow her and a guest to attend but not HER friends. I think she can stand to be away from them for one day and focus on you! If you don't feel that there is any future friendship with her I would just cut it off now because really who wants someone that wasn't there for you in your time of need. Birthdays come every year, you only have one mother who can only pass away once and this life event is far more important than a few drinks at a bar! The more I type the more angry I am getting for you and say tell her to screw off!!!!! You don't need this kind of drama in your life right now! But if you want to say it nicely, tell her that you are fine with her bringing one friend but you are on a budget and can't allow the other two. Now if that excursion is being paid by YOU I would say the same thing, only two!!! Hope this rambling has helped a bit.

Ok so a productive one for me too! Booked meeting with AHR DJ when I go home in Feb and meeting with the caterer. Got pricing for cupcakes for the AHR. Got flower pricing for Mexico. Found discounted rate on our trip. Sold my linens(tablecloths and chair covers) pending one thing to check. Found out shipping cost for FIs suit. Emailed wedding coordinator about DJ, Flowers and Room upgrades. Found a plastic basket for the ceremony fans i am going to use. Found Ferry timetable and pricing for my trips between islands on my honeymoon. Spoke to a slush machine rental company about getting one for my AHR and pricing. Picked wine bottle tops for the wine at my AHR and Figured out week itinerary while at the resort for restaurants and excursion days! Thanks Mocha I will check out the site. I found a girl selling 49 3x3x3 cupcake or cake boxes for 20$, do you think this is a good deal for those that have been researching them?

Juliana is an outside florist and alex is from dmc cancun, they organize events, transportation, excursions etc...

oh and Teira i forgot to mention how precious your daughter is. They are so adorable at that age.
