Lua I love the colors and style of you moms dress. Brandy-both are hot! Mocha-I like in every store that I go to but for some reason I cannot find one. That site has some nice stuff but you are right I think this is something I need to buy when I find it locally. Erin-you are NOT weird at all. I have the same feelings as you about my legal day which is kind of why I am doing it after cause even though we won't put any emphasis on that day or the words other than what is needed to make it legal I didn't want to lose any of that feeling.

I wonder if you guys could help me. I cannot seem to find a frame that I can use for our memory frame that is not 20pounds and awful looking. I am looking for one that is white double sided so I can put a poem on one side and pictures of 8 of our family and friends that are departed. Any ideas girls? Is anyone else doing this?

We just also booked our legal day but it is going to be the day after we get back from Mexico on May 1st. I found an officiant that will come to my home for $100, what a steal cause the last one I talked to wanted $250. We are just doing the basics and what needs to be said to make it legal but this is by no means what I will consider my wedding date or anniversary.

Your health is not worth all the little details because in the end all that matters is you and FI. I think I need to take some of my own advice lol Tris we have a videographer booked for our wedding for about 4hours so I would love to get him to do something like that. On another note my sister broke her ankle and now has to be off it for 6 weeks. Totally sucks for her and i hope she will be ok for the trip and wedding.

I ordered them on Jan 31st, I think they were shipped on feb 6th so hopefully I get them soon but I am not expecting them until about two weeks from now. For some reason I thought it was a guy who responded to me. Did you like the look and quality at least?

LMAO, that is sooo funny Brandy, FI does the same thing. He sits and decides exactly which side and where to put the hole on the business card for the maraca tag, it was a whole 15munite production and he could have had them done in that time lol

Lua you will have no problem selling them. Did you find the seller I mentioned. I got the turquoise ones too and they should be in soon. I go the 36inch ones as there are ones that are only 17inches which I didn't think were long enough for our purpose. Brandy- We have our wedding in mexico, coming back April 30th, back for three weeks, off to our honeymoon for two weeks then back three weeks before the AHR in July. You deserve a honeymoon and no one will think otherwise. They may think wow that's alot of stuff to do in a short amount of time but you will need the rest for sure! Erin-I am thinking of just fixing the skirt if my seamstress can do it or I may have to order a whole new dress and try to sell mine that is still at the bridal shop. Only worry is the boning in the knockoffs are not as strong as I would like. The original bodice holds me up well I think!

Ok ladies, no one other than Mocha commented on whether or not they thought this would look ok if the ruffles were properly positioned or if I was crazy to try and get a dress that looked like this? Does it look stupid together? Help!

I have no idea about turnaround time but I would think about a month if I get it from China! I may also have a seamstress here try and do it for me, haven't decided yet but I think I will be much happier with my dress because the bottom is a heavy satin that is stiff and I don't like it. I don't know why I didn't remember that but I guess I was just pressured into making a decision cause they tell you 4-6months delivery when ordering an original.

I think the second one would work best because of the way my bodice is shapped, attached is a picture of the full bodice. I hope it worked. thanks Mocha

Oh Mocha I hope it all works out! I think I want to do the same. I tried to mix two pictures together like you did but in word lol and boy it did not look the same. I really want chiffon ruffles but all the dresses I have been seeing are with organza. Do you think it is possible to get this look in chiffon? This is me in the top of MY dress which I like but would like one of the bottoms below. And if it can only be done in organza to get that look, would it look stupid that the top is chiffon and the bottom organza? HELP!

Wow Tris that is awesome news for you guys! I hope you find the house of your dreams! i was thinking the same way you were about the oot bags and with all the decorations I am bringing down i just couldn't imagine having the find the room to bring them down.

Bailey I agree with the laser, i just did a year(7 or 8sessions ) for bikini and underarm and love not having to shave but it hurts like a bitch! Well in my opinion and I usually have a high tolerance for pain. Never did the brazillian but thought about it lol Tris I am not doing the usual OOT bag either. i have things I want to put in the room and haven't decided how I am going to do that cause it's really just a welcome letter, personalized pen, postcards and a lanyard with waterproof key card/money holder . It doesn't really call for a bag so I may get folders or something to put them in, haven't decided what would be best. We did get bags for the flower girl and ring bearer with beach toys and stuff in them. Erin I am having the same issues as you. I ordered white knobby starfish to hold my placecards but they are too small and the cards don't hold in all of them so I am going to glue them to the bottom left hand corner of the business size placecard and then stick them in sand so they stand up but i don't think they will hold up for the trip and I think I may have to do this in Mexico. I also need to attach the ribbon and maraca tags to the maracas when i get there because my grandmother who isn't coming until the day after me has the maracas and she is coming from florida. i just didn't want too much to do at the resort but it looks like a may just have to make a little drinking party out of it with some helpers!

Mia it depends which pictures are the most important to you. if you don't care about the getting ready pics and are ok with just ceremony, family, group pics and maybe a couple at the reception than 3hours is probably enough. If you are looking for one outside of the resort I would recommend Ivan Luckie.
